Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Enterprise

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Jack in the box ( Nevada, California, Florida, Illinois) the lady who took our order got confused when I said 2 Jr jumbo Jack's with no onion and another Jr jumbo jack with cheese. After being passed to 3 other people the last lady said she understood what we had said. We also ordered 2 drinks which we only got one and they acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us the other one we ordered ( we do not need handouts, or try to scam for food... we come with money ) When we were at the pick up window I asked for extra napkins and ketchup. Then another person is handed the headset right in front of us and this person asks if we can pull up front and wait for the food. So we do this and have not argued or been rude at all. Finally someone brings out our food and the order which was very simple was completely wrong almost as if they purposefully did it all opposite because honestly how hard is it to get 5 items correct?? The burgers that were to be no onion were plain with extra ketchup all over them, all over the outside if the buns, the one with cheese was also no onion 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. They never even asked what the 2nd drink was to be so they just assumed make it another orange soda... I dont like soda. So to put this all in a short few words... this jack in the box at 2365 windmill in Las Vegas Nv is run terribly. Too many people working in the store for it to be only drive thru service, the girls are all either high on drugs or just that burnt out. Will not EVER be returning there. Food was a mess, no napkins. I woukd give -1...

It’s a good thing I wasn’t very hungry. I placed an order in the app and drove to this location. When I arrived, the drive through was empty. So far so good.

I get to the speaker and wait a few minutes in silence. I calmly ask if anyone was there?

“Give us a moment”

Ok. About 4 more minutes of silence go by, at which point I again ask “is anyone there?” “Give us a moment”. Ok, I’ve already given you several, what’s one more?

Another few minutes of silence goes by and they’re ready to take my order! Great! I give them my info… “who?”

I repeat my info. “Pull up to the window”. Great! Now we’re getting somewhere!

I pull around to the window and get to sit for another 4 or 5 minutes. Finally, a gentleman with a 420 tattoo on his neck comes over and asked again for my info, which I happily provided.

A few more minutes go by and guess what? I finally get my food, nicely bagged up, even with a little sticker sealing the bag. Also helpfully held my receipt on. Cool. I drive off and head home, as in pretty hungry by now. I get home and tear into those bags only to discover that they somehow managed to miss an entire burger. I check the receipt, and sure enough, I paid for it. I dig through the bags just to make sure my hunger wasn’t also causing temporary blindness. Nope. No burger in sight.

So, in closing, it’s probably a good thing I wasn’t exceptionally hungry that day. The one burger I did get was decent. And the fries were...

Went through the drive-through order the chicken sandwich no lettuce add Swiss cheese and two tacos no lettuce and a medium iced tea.
