IDK NY Pizza Chicken & Calzones — Restaurant in Nevada

The owner is a complete idiot and not only doesnt understand basic math but also does not know how to keep correct inventory on hand or speak to customers. I Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread tonight. After waiting over an hour past the stated pick up time and being told multiple times the pizzas were cooking they decided to tell me they actually didn't have the toppings for the 2nd pizza. What you don't have sausage? No. What about ground beef? No. OK I'll just pay for the pizza you made and garlic knots. Please refund my card the 22.90 you collected for a pizza you were unable to make. The guy in the store said I have to wait for the owner to come back in 1 -2 hours but that the owner would call to fix it. Fast forward he didn't call so I reached out. He then told me I was stupid and didn't understand how tax works. My order pre tax ( for what i actully got ) was $26.45 with a post tax total of $31.52. I also gave a $5 tip ( when paying online and not knowing my order would not only take forever but be incomplete) for a total of $36.52. I paid $59.42 ( a total refund due of $22.90). Beware you will order a pizza online , pay for it , wait over and hour and not get the pizza you ordered or the refund due to you. Also the pizza is by far one of the worst ive ever had.( i'd take a chuckie cheese pizza over it ). The owner will then get angry with you for asking for a refund like it's your fault they couldn't complete the order. Stay far far far away !!!!!!!!

The whole the order should have been refunded and re - rung up correctly but instead the owner just tells you to dispute with your credit card.....OK will do.

Update - instead of refunding me back my $23.00 they put another charge for $23.00. I guess they don't know how to operate their payment / refund system either.

Actually sport you charged my credit card again not refunded it see below screenshot. Maybe you should learn how to use your machine. Also please see attached screenshot from your website for the order I got( minus the pizza you were unable to make ) showing the exact total with tax . $31.52 ( with $5 dollar tip .$36.52) and you see my cc charge of $59.42 = basic math. $59.42 - $36.52 = $22.90.

I am also a first time customer and not only was my order delayed by over 40 minutes but was incomplete because you didn't have toppings for the pizza i ordered and you walked out knowing that and left your employee to deal with it because i talked to you when i got there. Sausage, jalapeño and mushroom( you didn't even have meatball / hamburger meat to substitute) If you had any clue about business you would not ague with a customer in your own words for less than 3 dollars.

I think you are missing 1 key thing. Had the pizza just been horrible like it was, had I just waited over 40 minutes past the pick up time that was given when paying and ordering online, had I got the full order that I placed or had you as the business owner acknowledged your mistake ( you know something like sorry we were unable to make the pizza you ordered due to us not having the ingredients ) you didn't. I would not have even made a review , I would have just never ordered there again.

However the fact that all of the above happend and then you as the store owner act like it's my fault shows the type of person you are.

From the looks of the store , no menu , no eating area to speak of and a lack of ingredients I'm sure its only a matter of time until you close. The taco place next store looks really good however.

Have a great 2025. I hope you are able to better yourself as a business owner and treat your customers with respect before you go...

Hats off to these guys! Not only was the staff AND owner super kind, but the food was fantastic! My family is so happy to now have a neighborhood pizza place that we can ALL enjoy. As a vegan Momma with a pescatarian kid and a meat eating husband- it's difficult at times to find a place we can all truly enjoy what we order while dining out.

Here- that wasn't the case. We were all super happy AND confident that we've found the holy grail! When we visited IDK they were super busy answering Togo orders as well as taking care of walk in guests. I was so impressed with how kind the staff stayed and even more happy with how consistent the food was. (Considering they were slinging pies like there was no tomorrow!)

We started with I believe "the dinner salad " with the vegan ranch. (Super duper delicious) the salad came piled high with pickled red onions (so so yum) tons of Olives and all the tomatoes you can imagine. My husband and I devoured it within minutes. The perfect start to our delicious meal to come.

After the salad came the vegan buffalo cauliflower wings as well as our order of vegan knots. BOTH were so good and in my opinion a total must!

I ordered a vegan margarita which knocked my socks off. My meat loving husband even agreed that it was the best vegan slice he's had in town. As far as vegan pizza goes I would easily say IDK craft pizza takes the prize for best vegan pie in vegas! TIP: if you like a really crispy crust I would order it well done. That's my plan for the next time we go in!

My husband and daughter split a huge cheesey ninja turtle looking pizza - which they both raved about.

Needless to say- this is a new favorite for our family. I read on a local community page that the owners are very charitable and generous people when it comes to their our community- which makes us even more excited to support this business. We're really excited to have found our perfect pizza place! Thank you IDK...

I ordered delivery which was done via the slice app and was ok. I can't rate this restaurant on their service or atmosphere as I didn't experience any of that.

Item 1: cheesy garlic knots No where on the slice app does it mention that those are smothered and I mean ABSOLUTELY SMOTHERED in sauce. That wouldn't be a big issue if the sauce hadn't made them soggy and if there had been more cheese. But they were still ok.

Item 2: extra cheese pizza The pizza that arrived didn't, in my opinion, have extra cheese. Again, this wouldn't have been a big deal except the pizza just wasn't good. The sauce that was on the garlic knots, even though there was too much of it, was good but the sauce on the pizza didn't taste like the same thing. The crust was soggy and flavorless...I'm struggling with how to describe this other than to say I've had better pizza at Chuck E Cheese. I LOVE pizza and yet I had 2 pieces and tossed the rest. It really was that bad.

Item 3: oreo stuffed zeppolis I was excited for these! I love Zeppoli!!! These were just not good. Half of them were chewy the other half were so crisp they exploded once you got the dough to give. They sent powdered sugar all over the dining room lol. And I want to clarify - each individual zeppoli were both super chewy and extra crisp like they were cooked at some point before, sat (maybe in a freezer), and then were cooked again tonight. I really don't know how else you would get the odd of a consistency besides that. I ended up pulling the oreo out and eating that.

I don't usually leave negative reviews as everyone has an off day. However, the quality issues across all 3 items and the fact that I threw the food away...I felt like I needed to say something. Overall this was just a thoroughly...
