PT's Gold — Restaurant in Enterprise

Well... here we go with another PT's. Basically one for every square mile of Mtns Edge community. We came here last night to check out what it had to offer. We were planning to have some drinks, play some video poker and maybe get some munchies.

We got off to a bad start when ordering drinks while sitting at machines. We were immediately told that I couldn't get the BIG beer I wanted unless I paid for it...um pretty sure I'm there to pay for beer. Then once they notice we start gambling suddenly our service is much better.

Whether I'm gambling or not shouldn't depict the type of service I'm getting. Don't sit there and wait for me to hit a Royal so you can get better tips.

If I gamble then I get free drinks, if I dont gamble then Ill pay for my drinks. Bartenders need to know this and shouldn't base the service we get on whether or not we are gambling.

The bartenders ended up being pretty cool over all but the person who really stood out was Lamar. He was busting his butt running all over that bar and was very impressive. Kudos to Lamar

So I started going here to gamble it was fine but then I got my card of the day which I never change 3x on this one machine and I got it like three times and I usually get $25 every time I get my card of the day so I told the bartender the manager everybody oh we’re gonna have to email blah blah blah it’s been three weeks or almost a month in any other Pts I never had a problem I would spend thousands of dollars gambling losing same in the store and they didn’t do anything in this Pts so I’m not going back although I like some of the bartenders but they are worst in trying to help you with your points that you deserve because you set that up and they don’t give you anything after you lost thousands of dollars $75 is nothing been going back trying to see if they put it in my card but nope. Other PTs I’ve had them out of n the money same day no emailing what’s...

I was forced to wait a pretty long time to order. Which is really pretty awful when your a postmates delivery driver. Then I was told it would take over 25 minutes for a small pizza. I asked the man if he would call me when it is done so I wouldn't have to spend that long waiting inside. The place wasn't really that busy but he told me, "he wasn't going to call anybody it'll be done in 25 minutes." So I feel like he could really care less about me and my time as a customer and a delivery driver for this order. I am so glad this food isn't for me. I would not even. I highly recommend not coming to this PTS location. A Village Pub would be much better for this location 9363...
