If you want an authentic Greek experience look no further. The staff here are absolutely top notch. Shout out to Nikki for the amazing service. I was greeted warmly and walked through the menu. I ordered a shish-kabob plate and wasn’t sure how to order the steak. The man Yanni HIMSELF approached the grill and i asked “hey Yanni, medium or medium rare on a shishkabob” he responded “how do you normally get your steak” i said “medium rare” to which he looked me dead in the eye and says “then you get medium rare.” This guy is the real deal- a true authentic Greek gentlemen and it’s always a good sign to see the owner at the forefront of his business.
The starter salad had the best dressing I’ve ever had in my life- hands down. The moment i tasted it Nikki said “how do you like that salad dressing” as if reading my mind. I asked if they sold it- and of course they do- by the jar. Drinking water at a restaurant has always been a hassle for me since I drink like a fish and I generally have to ask the server to bring a pitcher to the table. Yanni’s water cups are huge- like a liter- and it is The best restaurant water I’ve ever had in my life. I drank 4 full cups of this incredibly refreshing ice water during my stay and my cup never went dry Nikki was bringing refills on point without missing a beat.
I also have to complement a gentleman who was serving at the restaurant as well I did not catch his name but this guy had been working here for 25+ years and was a fantastic conversationalist. Another table nearby had a gentlemen from Kenya and these guys went off on an entire world wide culture discussion. I learned how all Greek folk only like their meat well done- if you feed them anything other than that they say “what are you trying to kill me?!” The staff here truly connects with their customers and are incredibly entertaining, upbeat, and authentic folks.
Highly recommend Yanni’s for the atmosphere and authentic cuisine. You won’t be disappointed with the experience! 5 stars thanks and see...
Read moreOn August 15th, 2024 around 3:43pm, I placed an order for a Philly pita and regular fries. I’ve been to this place on multiple occasions and never had a problem with my order being taken. I called in an order for pick up, a woman answered. I told her I would like a Philly pita and regular fry. She said ok, would you like feta fries or crunchy fries. I said I would like the crunchy. The call went silent for a both over a minute. I said hello, hello. A rude man came on the phone like hello would you like the combo. I said no I already told her I just want the Philly pita, and the crunchy fries. He asked the same question again. I repeated myself like no the Philly pita and just the crunchy fried. He gets and attitude and says well she new and I’m just trying to make sure you don’t want the combo, after I then already said it over 3x. Fast forward I pulled up to the location. And I noticed he noticed it was me from the call. I said “you know that was rude for you to hang up on me.” I also explained that the order I wanted wasn’t hard to understand. He gets an attitude, never apologized. And he was very aggressive. Not to mention this was a big white man that was well over 6 feet with a temper. An apology could of went a long way. Instead of listening to me he was over talking me asking me do you want your food, repeating this same line over and over. After going back and forth. He threw my food to the side and walked away. This was very unprofessional, and I did not appreciate the way I was treated especially me being a regular. I would not be going back. What a poor experience, and...

Tuesdays are my movie day date to myself which is across the street from Yanni’s at the South Point Casino. I’m always on the look out for a good place to grab some lunch or dinner and i was excited to find this Greek spot.
Located in a plaza with tons of parking available and a few other shops is Yanni’s Greek Grill. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the amazing staff. We were asked if we were dinning in or taking it to go, we decided to dine in and they allows us to sit anywhere we pleased and immediately brought over waters and menus were already on the table. The As we sat and ate we were checked on multiple times and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.
I order the Feta Fries along with a Gyro. My friend got the chicken kabob plate that came with rice and pita bread… whats pita bread without hummus, so we ordered some hummus as well. Everything came out in a timely manner and was made fresh to order. I’m such a lover of fries and those feta fries were incredible, everything else was great too.
I’m looking forward to retuning and trying something else...
