Came here specifically for the prime rib and buffet. Prime rib is injected with red food coloring but was tender and tasty. Carver would not say a word to me, he just tapped his tongs on the hunks of meat impatiently waiting for me to say what I wanted. I then saw the dessert staff member touch a sliced cake with his bare hands then left it to be served to others. Then same guy grabbed a spoon of gelato, walked to the back corner suspiciously, and had a snack. You could tell he was trying not to get caught. Lastly, had a hair baked into my pineapple upside down cake.

The server (older Asian lady) took my drink order, brought it, and never returned. I was looking forward to a huge salad bar, but there were only minimal selections on there with just iceberg lettuce and only 3 dressings (ranch was out and not replenished). Hardly any salad toppings were there either. The hot food stations looked good, but the food was lukewarm and tasteless. Even my mac and cheese had no flavor. Lackluster experience.
