This is my honest review from a a person that eats ribs on a regular basis. So I tried the ribs and definitely not a very consistent rib. Apparently. Most red places you go to is fall off the bone goodness, but in this case it was not worth my time to be honest.

I almost thought aboutt rating it less. It was very dry and while it was done. It wasn't done with a consistency at your fall off Bone and that is a problem because with these ribs there is very little meat on them to begin with and so it actually made it more of a adventure to try to eat, and not in a good way.

I happen to be in the area and so I stopped by and give your establishment a chance and I have not tried any of the other food although I did have a taste test of the beans that they included and they werent too bad but they're still in my box

So based on that the highest I can probably give them on a scale of 10 is a five Z they are not the best ribs in the world.

As far as dryness a lot more has to go into them, cook it slower and longer because these ribs certainly were not something I would be proud of unfortunately.

Also not a fan of the sauce. I believe what you were going for is a vinegar based sauce but did not make the cut. Apologies in advance for the low rating, but it rates...

We were really looking forward to this for awhile and finally made it this weekend. There's good and not so good. I had the pulled pork sandwich with chips. My husband had the brisket sandwich with chips and Mac and cheese ( he LOVES Mac and cheese). Definitely his sandwich was the best. Brisket was done quite well, except for a lack of seasoning. The sandwich was very good overall with the Texas toast. My pulled pork was quite bland though a lot of meat in it. I'm not a big sauce person, but it needed more sauce for sure. We both agreed the chips were not good. Again, not much salt/taste. Give me a blue bag of Goods! Last was the Mac and cheese. My husband said it was completely bland, no salt added we suspect. He brought some home and it was much better after he salted it. Prices seemed a bit high, but if the food was phenomenal, then it's justified. We'll try again sometime, but not...

The service is top notch and the food is delicious. The brisket was prepared exceptionally well and was delicious. I also had the daily special which was a brisket burger topped with pulled pork and cheese and it was great. The baked beans have brisket mixed into it and were delicious. The Mac and Cheese is highly recommended as well and would be great topped with the meat should you choose that combination. They offer coleslaw, corn bread, fries and chips. Drink options include bottled water, bottled tea or bottled soda. This place has an awesome atmosphere with very cool signage. There is a seating area outside with picnic table in a deck as well. The food came out fairly quickly and there is disposable utensils at each table. You clean up after yourself so that the next guest can find a place to sit.and enjoy their meal. Thank you for...
