Wawa — Restaurant in Ephrata

I try to be understanding given I worked in food service and all of that, but I’m done. I’ve probably lost around $30 in orders with this place. I use the app to order ahead, and pick a specific time (6:25AM) that I can pick it up to make it to work on time. I usually give them about 15-20 minutes (I order between 5:05-5:10 in the morning) to prepare an order because I never know how busy they may be, so I do that out of consideration instead of ordering and hitting ASAP. So I’m thinking maybe I should stop picking a time to pick up with that much of a gap, because every time I come in and am ready to pick up the order it’s never ready, or I go up to them with the order number and they tell me it’s been bumped? It’s 6:25 the time I pick up and you’re telling me my order was bumped? What does that even mean? What’s the point in having you choose a time if they aren’t even gonna bother doing it. I’ve just stopped using the app, and even giving this place my business unless it’s for gas. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, and they ask me “oh wanna talk to a manager.” or “what did you order?” like they’re gonna do it right in front of me. Dude. When I set a time to pick up food, it is supposed to be done. I’m on a time frame to make it to work. I can’t wait around 10-20 extra minutes when the order should have been done. I go to work early, so there is hardly any other customers unless they’re getting coffee across the building. I don’t understand how this place is running. It’s just like the ephrata Dunkin’ I used to order from and stopped going there too, for the same kind of reasons. Fix your computers, apps and staff so this...

Quick and easy stop for food and fuel. Food can be made to order or some sandwiches are already prepared if you are in a hurry and don't want something customized. There are plenty of fuel pumps at this location and they have three or four different grades including diesel and flex fuels in addition to the standard and premium / blend. Public (men's) restroom is usually well kept, all things considered. I presume the ladies room is also kept clean. Excellent self service coffee bar with seasonal special blends and lots of cream options. All of the typical convenience store items can be found, from motor oil to Advil. Knowledgeable and friendly staff if you have questions; so far no one bites. Gets really busy around rush hour, obviously, so don't expect fast service during peak times. There are plenty of options for prepared food ready to go, if a custom order has a long wait, and there are self-checkout kiosks available unless you are paying cash at...

I placed an order on the app and it was supposed to be done at 1:30. When I arrived at the store it was about 1:30 , the people making the food at first called it out as an order before realizing it was a mobile order then they just pushed it to the side not moving it anywhere and just letting it get cold. I assumed maybe they were waiting on my drinks, I then watched my drinks be brought over to the registers where they get the orders together. The guy who was working that area paid no attention to it and was dilly dallying walking around with a coworker. He then realized he needed to put the order together and it took him an insane amount of time to do so. I got it almost 15 minutes after the time , and my food was cold and missing parts of it.
