I learned of this place from a friend and her mom and I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly, kind, and considerate; the food is great and for a great price. It was hard to choose from the menu but we are looking to stop again and next time we will get their pancakes. They have so much variety. There is apple cinnamon, s'mores, and Nutella banana just to name a few. When you have trouble deciding, it's safe to say that they have an amazing menu that is pleasing to the eyes and stomach. I had the Cajun steak salad with blue cheese dressing. I never had fries on a salad before but I treated them like croutons and chopped them up with the rest of the salad! It made eating good so bad and I me. She even scooped up the little bit of gravy left on the plate. It was finger lickin' good! My husband loved Mexican omelette so much that he had it done in under 5 minutes. As for our oldest son, he did not come up for air until every last morsel of his peanut butter and jelly French toast was in his belly. Our daughter fell in love with their Mac and cheese burger while our youngest devoured his Texas burger. They each cleaned their plate and that is a rarity! I highly recommend the Pancake Farm for the experience and the food. It's great good that fits your budget! (And did I mention that their bathrooms are immaculate in cleanliness? Stop by the farm and show your tummy and taste buds some lovin!

Decent food and good prices, friendly service. Went out to breakfast here with my daughter. Mentally I compared it to Gus's just down the street since I went to breakfast there recently with my wife. The atmosphere isn't quite as nice (personal taste here). Pancake Farm's a bit more open and bright. Prices, on the other hand, were better. Just a bit cheaper than Gus. Food was good. My daughter had eggs, home fries toast and bacon. Not the largest serving of home fries, but they were nice and crispy - very good. I had a cheese steak omelet. It was good and sufficiently large and was filled with plenty of meat and cheese. Only problem was that it came with marinara (tomato) sauce on top. Some may like that, but it is particular enough that it should be either noted on the menu or the server should ask if it is wanted. It did not ruin my omelet, but it definitely would have been better without. Coffee was good (better than Gus), and I'm a bit picky on coffee. Service was friendly, prompt and helpful. Overall, a good place to have breakfast. Just watch out for the tomato sauce on the cheese steak omelet.

Went for lunch on a Saturday at 3 - the frisco burger and fries were perfect. Cooked to order tasty patty, toasty grilled bread, and deeply greasy fries with just the right classic texture. The restaurant was mostly empty, which is strongly preferred in this cramped little eatery. Going for breakfast, however, was mostly awful. After all these years the tables are still too close together. My husband specifically came to try the Nutella strawberry crepes, but he received strawberries and cream crepes that he did not like. I enjoyed my pralines & cream stuffed french toast and my sausage patties - they do have some of my favorite sausage patties of any restaurant. The french toast was rich, decadent, and delicious, but it was hard for me to enjoy my food while my hubs was so disappointed. As for the pancakes, I haven’t had them in about 7 years. They were not very good back then, but if I go back I’d be willing to try again.

The place was busy and a bit cramped, but that's not a bad sign when it comes to restaurants. Our server (I believe her name was Naomi) was chill and was impressed at my eating ability; she even doubted me. She even got me a big cup of water as a refill instead of the little jar to "wash down those pancakes". I got the cinnamon roll pancakes and the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. The strawberries were fresh even though they were in syrup, so it wasn't any of the standard canned crap. The cinnamon roll ones had bits of crunchiness from the sugar caramelizing and there was a generous amount of topping on both. I also had some of my girlfriend's biscuits and gravy and approve of those too. I definitely wanna come back to try some of their other unique menu items!

Edit: This was my second visit and it was unfortunately not as good as the first. The S'more's pancakes were good, but I wish they had mix-ins of some sort because once you got past the first layer, they were just regular pancakes. Additionally, some of the items listed under the "stuffed" section of French toast apparently don't come stuffed. My girlfriend and I found this out the hard way, but luckily the waitress brought us out some of the filling. Still, quite disappointing on the presentation aspect.

I also tried some of my girlfriend's biscuits and gravy and it was lacking in flavor and kinda gross. That's a shame, because it was quite good last time. I'm not sure if it was just because they were busy or what, but I'm definitely...

3 Stars because Service was horrible. Could be 4+ Stars.

In case management there checks these reviews...

On 1/15/24 @ 7pm, Chelsea was our server. Do NOT recommend having her as your server!

We had a couple easy requests on our order, ones that are likely asked numorous times a day there, and she flat out didn't bither to tell the kitchen any of them. So we had to get them corrected.

When we told her, she didn't even seem to care she made a mistake. No apology, no positive customer service / server response. Just..."Oh Ok."

Bacon was old and basically charcoal, even when I specificall asked for is not to be that way. Both my daughter and I couldn't even eat it.

And the server, Chelsea, was more concerned with closing the restaurant earlier than advertised than taking care of us.

She closed the open sign at 7:20pm when they are open until 8pm. And was practically begging someone in the back to let her lock the door at 7:30pm. Which she did.

She had absolutely no care in the world about the customer and only about leaving.

I get that people want to get home. But if you're scheduled to work until 8pm+, and if your advertised to be open until 8pm, then maybe, if that's your shift, you should be able to work the entire thing.

I wonder if the owners know that other people tried to come in at 7:30-7:35ish and couldn't come in? Just horrible Customer service.

But other than the bacon she ignored my request on...the food is typically amazing!

Hope they can find some staff that...
