Lexie's Epping — Restaurant in Epping

Lexie's is great, but their product quality has been diminishing. I ordered 3 burgers, 3 sides, and 3 shakes. Almost 80 dollars which is pretty pricey, but their food is usually good so I will pay. My onion rings were some of the worst I've ever had anywhere. They have great onion rings usually, but they were burnt to oblivion. The onions themselves were so burnt, they shriveled up into almost nothing. It was basically just burnt batter that went right to the trash. I've seen other reviews here with people complaining about their fries or onion rings being burnt too. Maybe set a timer? If the batter is a deep dark brown, it's burnt and should never even be served. My burger was borderline burnt and was extremely dry. I didn't finish any of my food besides my shake which was a pain to take down because they dumped a bunch of marshmallows into the shake without melting them, so they just got jammed up on my straw any time I took a sip. So very disappointed! I have heard so many good reviews about Lexie's Burgers, And been wanting to try them out. So I stopped in to day for a burger and fries. Just a plan burger nothing special. Got my order home to sit down to eat it and the burger was SO SALTY! I just couldn't eat it, gave it to my dog and she wouldn't eat it ether. the Fries are shoe string fries (not worth the $4.00) and they were over cooked and looked like they came from the bottom of the bag they are stored in, in the freezer. Lexie's is always a good spot to stop and grab a quick bite no matter which location you visit. This location is tucked away off the main drag but is a better spot than most in the area. The location is small, and parking is tight, much like the rest of the locations, but don't let that stop you from visiting. The burgers are always simple and delicious. The patties are cooked to your liking, but it's going to be difficult to decide which one you want (they're all good). The staff is fast and friendly. I'll definitely be back when...
