Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Erie

I ordered 6XL pizzas, 2 Specialty, and 4 Pepperoni Magnifico for my staff and I, which I like doing monthly and for home a couple of times as well. I only ordered pizzas from Marco's due to price and quality. I picked up the 6 pizza's and placed them in my back seat. When I arrived back to work it was dark and I grab all 6 when to go inside. When I grabbed the door handle to enter the building, I noticed it was greasy. When I got into the building, I set them down and noticed large grease stains on my shirt and pants (scrubs). May hands had orange grease on them from the pizza boxes. When I opened the bottom boxes I could see the puddles of grease on top of the pizza and the sides and bottoms of the boxes where saturated. The pizzas had 3x the pepperoni on them they should have had. We were taking pepperoni off before eating it, there was so much. I later looked in the back seat of my car and note two hand size grease stains on the seats. I took pictures of the pizzas, boxes, my cloths, and the back seats. When I finally got in touch with the manager after several attempts to explain what happened, he pretty much said not my problem. He was not even interested in hearing the complaint or seeing the pictures. I told him I was going to call corporate and he for the most part said good luck. Unfortunately the turn over at this store is high which makes since because of the poor leadership. I would imagine this manager changes jobs often. As a result I no longer speed $200 or more at this location monthly. I reached out to corporate and did not even receive a response. Seats...

I am very disappointed with my experience. I love the pizza but I am not sure I'll ever return. I placed an order and was told it would be a half an hour until pick up. Upon arrival I was told it would be 10 mins. longer. So I happily went to my car and waited patiently. After 10 mins. I went back in and was told it would be another 5-10 mins. 20 mins later I asked what was going on as my pizza sat on the warming counter. I was told my cheesy bread was forgotten and I would have to wait till it was done. This is not acceptable. Terrible customer service. This is not the first time I have waited well beyond my pick up time at this location. This location is always extremely busy and totally understaffed. I feel this location needs more staff members and maybe things would run much more smoothly. The staff always seems overwhelmed and over worked they can't keep up. Needless to say I asked for a refund and walked out. I waited a total of 45 mins after my half hour wait time. Not to mention my son was extremely disappointed that we didn't get the food as Marcos us his favorite pizza place (loves the thin crust). I guess we'll be looking for a new favorite pizza shop. Hope that the general manager is proud of this disastrous mess of a pizza shop. I feel bad these employees are receiving the grunt of people's anger due to being slammed and understaffed. Almost every single time I've ordered my pizza. Always say extra well done and like 75 % of the time I get a super under cooked pizza almost doughy its like they do it on purpose and when I would try to get me a knew 1 which I barely ever do cause for some reason if they mess your food up were the bad guy's and you can hear the mood over the call which basically says good luck with the next 1 and when the replacement comes back its like exactly the same pizza super undercooked or cause my problems always been extra well done it comes extra charcoal well well well done and like after that. In at quits cause the next 1 will be worse its like they do that on purpose every single time and I almost always give the driver 2 tips cause its not his fault and its been like that like the past 40. Delivery's like if it wasn't my toddlers favorite pizza ever. Like when I first had Marcos's pizza it was always perfectly cooked with that nice brownish perfectly cooked cheese my first year Ordering from there every single time that I had to brag about how good the pizza was. Then outta nowhere they started coming doughy just barely cooked even when I told them extra well done every single time.
