Express Pizza 'N Wings — Restaurant in Escondido

So here's what happened. I ordered a pickup through postmates and went to pickup the pizza and mozzarella sticks. There was a behind the counter making a pizza. He didnt even look at the counter when i reached there. He was working with his bare hands. "Not even gloves". Had some dirty hand towel hanging by his shoulder. He was on his cell all the time while preparing that pizza. After putting that pizza in the oven, he didnt stop talking on the phone. Upon noticing that i had been there since 30mins. He came and asked me what my order was. The pizza was sitting right by the oven. Everything was already prepared. Still the guy didnt even care to attend the customer. The way they handle food is disgusting. Go watch it for yourself. I would never recommend this place. The food had a very smell. Though the prices are low. Dont get fooled. This review is for the location on valley parkway and rose st. This location you order outside through a screen, there are no tables inside to sit... Have to wait outside for your food to get done. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza, wings (parmesan), and the 3 cheese pasta. The pizza tastes a lot like Little Caesars (I'd say Little Caesars is better). The wings weren't cooked thoroughly, and the sauce was a soupy, sour mess. The pasta seemed stale and dry, not much flavor, and the noodles were mushy. The guy behind the counter wasn't very pleasant... Whatever on that, though, it's not like he was serving me. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because we got our food...

Used to like this place alot cheap fast good pizza. But recently i went and there was a new face at the register. Not the nice friendly gentleman that usually waits on us. He seemed like he was doing me a favor by getting my pizza. And actually seemed angry that he had to wait on me. I actually asked him if he was angry and if everything was ok. They were acting all secretive and a little shady which made me wonder if they messed with our food. I dont know it just wasnt the good experience i usually have there. I hope they talk to that new guy or hire someone a little more personable because if he acts that way to other customers there wont be many...
