This was my first time placing an order online. Good thing I opted for leaving a tip. My order said that it was going to be ready in 30 min and it had my phone number and the page said it will notify for updates about the oreder. I went 10 before my order was going to be ready at. I pulled through the drive tru and there was 2 cars in front of me. The one in front of me had his car turned off which I called to confirm they were using the drive tru. They said yes so I waited 10 min on the drive tru.
As I pulled to the window. You see all this man preparing with no gloves what so ever. Mind you I work at a restaurang where everone that handle foods have gloves at all time.
The person to ask me for my name order was bad. He asked my name and then went to the counter to help another cutomer. Mind you I was there and why would he help if he was gonna keep me waiting. Took him another 5 minutes to finally give me my order. He handed me a tiny bag with a small bowl. I was shocked at the little amount the serve for the price they charge. I then touch the broth and it was lukewarm. I told him why is not hot. He then gets someone else that's rude and says that is being sitting there for a while. I was in disbelief. I did mention to him what his webapage said and that I didn't get no notification that it was ready.

Read moreI’m sad to say I won’t be coming here to eat anymore. I had picked up food a couple times with them and the food was delicious and cooked well. The last time I went there about a month ago, I had my boyfriend go in to pick our food up. He ordered sushi with no mayo because he is allergic. He got there and there were only male workers, he looked and there was mayo on the sushi. He then told them he needed no mayo on it and they asked if he was allergic and he said yes. He told me they had looked a little annoyed and bothered by the request for them to please make it again. When he got it back it was missing the crab meat and they SCRAPED the mayo off. I mean for real who does that. You have to be extremely unprofessional to do something like that. We’re lucky he didn’t take a bite, we could still see the mayo and smell it on the sushi. The workers lack common sense, attention to detail and the customer service is terrible. I have worked in a restaurant and this is completely unacceptable to do. Read moreWe went to eat around noon on a Saturday. It was our 1st time. The restaurant is pretty small and about 50% full and when we left it was almost full. We had a female server and ordered 2 Black Garlic Tonkontsu Ramen. The soup was bland and my husband and I both had to add more salt to the broth. The rib in the soup was seasoned perfectly though. My husband also ordered one of the specials, the Chicken Katsu Garlic Ramen and shared with me. It was so delicious!! The chicken katsu was perfect and crispy. I also ordered and Endame Salad for an appetizer but it never came sorry, no photo. When we told a male waiter that I never got my salad but to forget it, he said oh we can make it really quick. No apology. We declined as we were already done with our meal. My water cup was empty and was never offered a refill. We left a $1.68 tip and wrote a little note on the receipt about the bad service.
