Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Escondido

We never order from here because it is so expensive but we thought we would treat ourselves. Ordered through door-dash total for 2 sandwiches about 45$ (ouch). Door dash shows up with a sealed bag from the sub shop. Bag only has 1 small sub that was ordered for a child. Missing $18.00-$20.00 large sub. called shop directly and kid that was helping me was taking his ques from some lady in the back round. He said sorry. lady in back round says tell them they can come pick it up. Hello i paid for delivery. really are you kidding. We live .7 miles from the store. I would normally be ripping door dash a new one but the bag was sealed. this is on Jersey Mikes. I paid for delivery. I don't want to come and get it. I have 2 small children and rely on deliver for fun treats like this some times. We only have one car and my husband is not home so I could not even go if I wanted to. You would think in trying times like these with so many impacted and ordering delivery and food online that if your gonna charge 20-30$ for a damn sandwich that you would take some pride in making sure the order is correct. #ohyoupaidfordeliveryhahaha Never again will we order or go to Jersey Mikes. Not that we do much anyways because of costs. Mistake is just another reason not to. I was going to give one star but the kid that took my call was polite at least. get it together PAY...

I am sorry to say I was disappointed never been at this place my 1st time ever I ordered 2 sandwiches and all I remember I pig over $18 for a 7" sandwich anyway I really did not enjoy the sandwich because it did not have much vegetables or other choices to add on it except lettuce tomato onion and pickles And I don't Like onions or tomatoes so my option just got worse lettuce and pickles that's the only choice I have so with all due respect to the company I hope they beef up their menu to add on our sandwiches better than that if they ever want me to come back bone a petite everyone This far is the people that were serving In the place they did a very fine job and very friendly So anyway I'm sure you get the pointBy the way this particular location is in the Rite Aid shopping center South of Escondido center city Parkway I hope you don't take it personal But what I hope is little bit more improvement on your...

You can't not like Jersey Mike's. Well some people are never pleased...This JMs is great. The staff was friendly, conversing while prepping you sandwich. Remember, JM slices the meats in real time so it's great they keep the hungry customer engaged while waiting. They had about a half dozen tables inside and about 4 outside so not a big eating area. I had sub in a tub, watching carbs.....They piled on the ingredients to assure the salad keeps me full. The red relish is my favorite. So stop in if you've never had Jersey Mike's.
