This places was my favorite.!! Yes was until last Saturday 27 of September. My order was made by phone we specified to the lady not to put yellow cheese we ask for cotija was 1 Carne Azada fries and Nachos, and let me tell you this was the 3rd mistake with the same cheese in same order Different Occasions we call to ask for a manager and the person her name is Ambar hang up the phone not one's not twice 3 times she did.😡 my husband was mad for this person actitud . She was very very very unprofessional and low education and my husband drove back to return the food to exchange it for the right order. of curse we are not going to eat what we didn't ask for they put quesadilla mozzarella cheese yes they put white Mozzarella quesadilla cheese and they said they are not going to do another order we are being a costumers for more than 25 years and they don't even return are money in to my account in top of that they ask for tip in the beginning of the transaction for a terrible terrible service.plus they charge for something else I don't even know what it is. Open food🤔 People check your receipt for items you don't even order We endin up buying food from Another Mexican Taco shop MENSOZAS is on E Valley Pkwy and are Order was exactly what I ask. Lately since covid entered our lives, it's been hard to find good food and good customer service with out establishments asking for patience. I have no patience when it comes to what I spend my money on. I walk in the door, two people working the place, super busy. I put my order in and the guy at the counter was very polite. Not a fake polite like he's only being nice cuz he has to. But genuinely polite. I realized I messed up on my order and went back to the counter to fix it. Based on service from other places I was e pecting it not to be right. While in waiting on my order I'm watching the guy in the back by himself make the orders. He deserves some serious credit. He was like a ninja. Knocking out a lot of food in a short time. So I get my order a d get home first thing I check was if that correction was made and to my surprise it was so I was pleased. Got to eating and the food was amazing. I'll be sleeping happy with a belly full of good food. So these guys didn't use covid as an excuse for bad service and product. Even on a busy night they rose to the occasion and provided a very good service all the way around and I commend...

Food is great! But unfortunately the guy who is taking orders through the phone/ cashier has a horrible customer service. “Man I’m sorry if you don’t like your job, but if you’re there you need to learn how to do your job the correct way.” I’m pretty sure he knows who I’m because I had to call him back after he hanged up the phone on me with out repeating the order back nor saying the total amount or in how long order was going to be ready. He thought it was funny saying bad comments back to me after I had told him how bad he was doing his job.
