This is my first time ordering from Little Caesars and will probably be the last. The app was confusing. I didn't like the "pre-assembled" ones so I ordered a custom. I had no clue what size I was ordering. All it said was "custom round". I guess they assume the customer should know what "custom round" is like Starbucks calls their drink sizes grande and venti. When I picked up my order I asked for an extra smaller box so I could split it with my friend. Can't. I asked for a bag. All they could give me is a plastic bag and not those they put garlic knots in. I asked for cheese. Don't have that. I asked for paper plates. Don't have that. I actually got some napkins. I would have paid an extra 25 cents for an extra box or bag so my friend and I could split the pizza but that was not offered. Is this a one off incident or is it a franchise wise protocol? Read moreHorrible service. Ordered online to make my pickup faster, waited until the app let me know my order was ready for pickup. I get there and had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to figure out what they did with my order. The cashier had no idea what she was doing couldn't even find my order on their system. I finally take my pizza home and my entire order was wrong. Paid for stuffed crust and the extra most bestest pepperoni, there was no stuffed crust and little to no pepperoni. I call them to get a resolution and they are absolutely no help. There was no manager on duty and the lead on duty said she couldn't do anything and to call back the next day to talk to the manager. I call back and the manager again was not there. At this point the service is so bad I will never want to come back here. They denied my refund and said the only option was a credit when I obviously never want to eat here again. Terrible management...
Read moreWent to order the Pepperoni and Cheese stuff crust. Was told a different price than the sign on the door. Manger stated that promo ended over two weeks ago... Asked why the sign was still up, and got told that SHE just hadn't gotten around to taking it down. I know it's just a pizza, but how rude she was about it, and the fact that she got so upset that I asked why the sign was still up, was the problem.
I realize that mistakes happen, but leaving a promotion sign up for over two weeks after it ended, is kinda weird. Always had gotten pizza their since moving here, but the lack of respect and the attitude, is a big no-no. I will pay more for better customer service from a competitor, before I will go back to...
