Stood there for about 5 minutes, I was the only person in the store.....even with an employee standing right there looking right at me before they acknowledged I was there. She got somebody else to come help me before saying a word to me, then, he comes out completely unenthused, does not look happy to be there, I even said something about it "what do you mean? This is just how i look".....no... it's not...and if it is, you shouldnt be allowed to talk to customers. Your manager should know this.
Anyways, ask them for the italian herb & cheese bread, they said "we don't do that here".....ok since when?, either way "we don't do that here" is not how you talk to a customer......asked for the deluxe meatball marinara (extra meat, but not double, i've been to 20+ subways that all know what it means), he has no idea what I'm talking about and asks me "what does that even mean?"...tried to explain it and he just gives me a blank stare until the female who didn't even acknowledge i existed tried to explain it.
Everything in my soul told me to turn around and leave, but I stuck around. Containers with lettuce and tomato have frost/freezer burn like it's a week old or a month since they washed it. Still, benefit of the doubt....get to the register and she doesn't ask if I want a drink, nothing....rings it up and I leave.
First bite of that sandwich I knew something was off....took another bite and threw it all away and went to the pizza place.
Beyond ridiculous, poor quality, absolute worst customer service of any establishment i've ever been to and you try to call corporate and no answer, they want you to send an e-mail, you can't even talk to an actual person.
Hoping the store owner sees this, and if they do. NO, there is nothing you can do to make it up to me other than a refund. I do not want another sandwich, I don't trust you or your employees. This place needs to be...
Read moreWhy can't I leave a 0 star?!? I should have checked your Yelp rating before I attempted to order here. We were refused service of the bathroom for my 3 year old until we made a purchase. My 3 year old almost soiled herself because Jose refused to let us use the bathroom as the rest of us were already ordering food. There was a total of 6 of us ordering foot long sandwiches for breakfast and lunch for each of us so easily a $75 order which you missed out on because he refused to open the bathroom door until we paid. Jose even suggested just to buy a bottle of water so he can charge us and then he will open the door...what?! He kept saying that's what his manager said he needed to do. Sometimes as an associate you need to make an executive decision on something like this. Not allowing a small child to use the bathroom because your manager said they need to buy something first is simply idiotic. It is against the law to refuse bathroom services and I will make sure everyone I know will find out about this. To say that I'm disappointed and everyone I know will boycott Subway for a while is guaranteed. You discriminated against us, humiliated my child, my family, you need to be ashamed...
Read moreEmployees are very friendly, when asked for suggestions they engaged politely and offered thought formed responses and not just a robotic response. If they didn't have masks on I could have seen the smiles I heard in their voices. Great job in service, even during a pandemic.
The store chain however needs to step up. This area is plagued by homeless people outside which need to be addressed on a higher level.
There was a 20 minute wait for service for a 30 minute lunch break, two employees on staff at the most peak time in business. Great planning.
The ingredients are fresh enough to eat but pale, literally, to what's offered next door at a super market or an actual fresh supplier. Pictured are the replaced joke of a tomato.
Corporate, you need to visit this store during lunch times and work with your employees suggestions to improve their conditions. You might even prevent further property damage(s) caused by employees with...
