Undercooked fries, staff is rude and doesn't care about their jobs, there is always a long wait (only because of slow staff, not because their food is any good) and they are way overpriced for the mediocre food they serve which is always undercooked unsalted fries, smashed hamburgers, orders that are never correct (missing food items, adding condiments instead of removing them from food) and once again, the employees don't care which is a direct result of the managers complacent attitude... She should be FIRED. Just one example of many, after getting home with a incorrect order and undercooked fries, I returned to the store and explained the problem to the manager and asked for a refund. A good manager would normally offer to have the order remade and sometimes even offer a credit to return again. That's not the case with this Manager.. this woman starts rolling her eyes at me as I'm explaining the problem and before I even finish the story, grabs the bag of food, throws it in the trash which was halfway across the store..making a unbelievably perfect "swish" basket (I'm guessing from getting constant practice throwing away other patrons returned food). The manager then grabs my receipt, hands me the money and walks away all without even apologizing or even offering to fix the problem. I ended up driving across the street to Burger King. Their food was hot, fresh and 1000x better then the food (if u can call it that) I was given at this classy establishment. I will never go back the Mcdonald' s at this location unless their Manager is replaced. The problem stems from her and poisons the rest of the employees. This location is also In major need of a update. It is one of the only locations around that still looks like it did back in the 1980's. If your thinking of going here, don't. You will regret it. Save yourself your time and money and go across the street or Burger King, you will...
Read moreBa dah bop ba ba, I'm hating it. I remember going to McDonald's for cheap food when I was a kid. It always tasted cheap, but at least the price matched. Now it tastes cheap and it costs too much. But that's only a minor gripe. I think it's insane that you can place an order on their app, with the hopes that you might streamline your day, only to find out that they won't actually start making the food until you arrive. And so when you get to this store, on East Valley parkway, that's where you learn that they probably employ leftover applicants from the DMV. As seldom as I go, I've never been able to get my food in less than 10 minutes. Quite often it's 15 to 20 minutes of waiting to receive my food. So, you end up with cheap food that cost too much and takes too long. It really is the trifecta of culinary purgatory.... Update 7-27-25 placed my order on the app at 7:11pm, made the mistake of choosing drive-thru to pick it up. Been sitting in this line for 20 minutes now. It's 7:32 and I have yet to reach the window. How does this place stay...
Read moreWe showed up between 9:30pm and 10pm and ordered a burger, 20 pic chicken nuggets, fries and two apple pies. When we woke up the next morning we had TERRIBLE stomach cramps and we both had HORRIFYING diarrhea.. tmi I know but we're trying to prevent this from happening to anyone else.. anyways, it's 8:41am the next morning, and neither of us is feeling better. Mind you, I hadn't eaten ANYTHING else that day, so I know for a FACT that it was the food from this location that made us sick. Not sure if it's food poisoning or just SEVERELY upset stomach, but none the less DISGUSTING. The nuggets were at LEAST 5-6 hrs old and just popped in a microwave, but I was starving so I made a dumb decision and continued eating anyway. The fries were soggy, the burger AND apple pie was cold. Please be careful and take your food back to the nasty people who gave it to you if you THINK your food may be old. The ONE time I go to McDonalds for a quick bite and we get sick. Parents be aware and protect...
