Suki Hana Japan — Restaurant in Escondido

DONT COME HERE. I came to this place with my boyfriend around 5:00 o clock august 19, 2025. and as i was placing my order the 3 men behind the grill were pointing at me and laughing at me in Spanish saying “would you get with her, that’s a guy, that’s a guy” he was repeating to them. and to make it clear it’s no one’s business to know my business or how i identify as. They kept pointing fingers and laughing at me as they were cooking not knowing that i am mexican myself and i speak fluently spanish and understand it very well. what they were saying was plain ignorant and rude. they kept laughing and staring at me as they were cooking and i kept staring back at them to let them know i’m aware of what’s going on. next thing you know, a random boy passes by and they end up pointing their fingers at him and say to themselves in spanish “why is he wearing that” that’s when i said enough is enough, i went up to the cashier to let her know that i wanted a refund and also told her “i don’t appreciate what they’re saying, im mexican girl i can speak spanish very well and i understand it very well and what they’re saying isn’t okay whatsoever” she ended up giving me my refund back no hesitation whatsoever, she also said she was gonna speak to her manager but ended up proceeding to go to the guys that were laughing at me to my face. i don’t know what’s gonna happen or what to do. but as of right now, please spend your money else where, where the environment is welcoming, loving, respectful, and NOT ignorant and rude. shame on them for not having professionalism it breaks my heart to see stuff like this happen even while you’re trying to purchase something, they’re...

Honestly never EVER coming back to this horrible establishment. Note to the owners if you want to see your business succeed I HIGHLY advise new team members they are beyond gross and immature and not professional WHAT SO EVER. This is the worst place to go to.
