I can’t tell you enough how disappointed I am with the overall service! First off, my husband and I came through the drive through. We paid, paid, received our order and went home. I called multiple times, no answer. I finally get a hold of someone and the male that answered refused to give me his name and called himself Taco Bell. Would not give me his name, but said the manager is Mariam. He then continued to complain that they are short staffed, which is why they could not answer and the food is incorrect. I totally sympathize for the lack of staffing, but as a professional establishment why does this need to affect my order? Why does that need to affect the customer service? I have worked in the corporate industry, I continue to work many areas as we are also short staffed, but we don’t reflect that in our care or service.

Something was wrong with thier order so the mngr gave her tacos in exchange. My problem was, it to 20 mins to get our food. We couldn't understand why,as we have never once waited that long in a very busy store. I had ordered the new ckn strips as I hadn't tried them yet,I asked for honey sauce with them . Read moreYesterday I had gone through drive through to order the chicken Cantina, I was on my way to work when half way through my order I saw a hair sticking out, I thought it must be mine but the hair color was brown/orange and I have blue hair. I went back only to switch the one taco. The gentlemen who helped me apologized and ask if I wanted anything else I told him no it was fine. I know it can happen here and there in the food industry, I’m a Supervisor myself. But I want to a knowledge the young man his customer services was on top!!!
