WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO ONE NIGHT I VISITED THIS LOCATION AFTER COMING FROM WORK AS SOON AS I GOT IN THE SHOP AND I SAW HOW THE MAN TOOK HIS TIME TO EVEN HELP ME I FELT LIKE HE WAS JUST NOT CARING IF U AS A CLIENT WERE THERE AT ALL THEN WHEN HE CAME OUT LOOKING AT ME WITH A MAD LOOK ON HIS FACE I WAS LIKE O WOW SOMEONE DOESN'T LIKE WORKING HERE ON MY MIND THEN I PROCEEDED ON ORDERING MY DONUTS WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO PAY FOR MY DONUTS I DECIDED I WANTED TO TRY ONE OF THE SHAKES THEY HAVE FOR SALE THEY ARE ACTUALLY ANNOUNCING IT ON THEIR DOOR NOW SO I ASKED HIM IF I COULD GET ONE I DIDN'T EVEN FINISH ASKING HIM FOR THE SHAKE AND HE WAS ALREADY LIKE "I DON'T HAVE TIME TO PREPARE THOSE I DON'T MAKE THOSE" SO I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING I WAS JUST LIKE "OK" SO SINCE I SAW THEY HAD NESQUIK MILK SHAKES ON THEIR REFRIGERATOR I ASKED IF I CAN HAVE TWO OF THOSE HE AUTOMATICALLY SAID "I ALREADY TOLD YOU I DON'T MAKE THOSE" I SAID "THE ONES YOU HAVE IN THE REFRIGERATOR" HE THEN SAID "O NO I CAN'T GIVE U THOSE THEY'RE EXPIRED U CAN GET CHOCOLATE ONES THOUGH THEY'RE NOT EXPIRED" I SAID "NO IT'S OK SO I LEFT HE RUINED MY NIGHT.SO TODAY I WENT TO GET DONUTS I ASKED FOR TWO DOZENS AND I SAID JUST MIX FOR BOTH DOZENS SO HE PROCEEDED AND I NOTICED HE HAD JUST PUT ONE SUGAR DONUT AND I TOLD HIM IF HE COULD PUT TWO MORE SUGAR DONUTS HE SAID" I DID ALREADY I PUT TWO""I SAID "PUT TWO MORE"HE THEN SAID IN A MAD VOICE" JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT THEN?"I SAID JUST MIX THEM HE DID MIX THEN I WAS ANGRY ON MY WAY BACK HOME BECAUSE OF HIS ATTITUDE HONESTY YUM YUM DONUTS OWNER IF YOU DON'T FIRE THIS MAN FROM YOUR P.M SHIFT HE IS GOING TO BRING YOUR BUSINESS DOWN VERY SIGNIFICANTLY SINCE FOR US WE DO NOT WANNA GO THERE AGAIN HE JUST RUINED OUR NIGHT I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS YUM YUM DONUTS NOT GOING BACK...
Read moreThis was a terrible experience. The older lady who was working there should retire or get fired. She was very rude. She had no sense of customer service. After waiting for 2-3 minutes, she tried to take the order of the person behind me. Luckily the person gestured that I was first. I then ordered one dozen. She tried to rush me, but I was ready (because of the wait). I ordered 6 glaze, 2 chocolate bars, 2 chocolate fillings, 2 chocolate twist and 2 raspberry filled. I knew that was 14. I told her that's "catorce." She said, I needed two more. I tried to look inside the box and she started giving me an attitude. I thought she had given me 8 glaze, but my bust...so I told her two more of the raspberry filled. So I paid the $20.99 for the 14 donuts. Before I left while in my car, I checked the donuts. She had forgotten to include the two chocolate filled donuts in the first place...which caused me to order two more raspberry filled. Anyways, terrible customer experience. In addition to that, when I got home, I ate the raspberry filled donut and it was not fresh. I'm never going back to this Yum Yum location on East Valley...

I cleaned up the drink spill myself. And when I was finished, I requested another and instead of taking care of it. And replacing the beverage. That was never drank. The management wanted to charge me for another. I didn't appreciate it because the drink had not been touched and do. To his disability. He spilled his drink by accident.
