I personally will not eat at another Burger King š”! I've eaten Burger King throughout my yrs but this establishment needs a new owner, Managers and employees. These people are going to get someone very sick! Burger King at one time was a booming place you could enjoy but now with the lack of good Managers & employees who cared for their customers that certainly went down the drain.. On November 6th, I and my husband went to purchase burgers from Burger King. I had purchased a Texas Whopper for my husband and a Impossible burger for myself. I had purchased an Impossible Burger other times, being that I can't eat certain meats anymore. I chose this route becuz the Impossible Burger had been very good and tastes like a regular buger. Well we got home and proceeded to eat our food. Midway of my sandwich I noticed the Impossible burger was pink. Peculiar I thought it's plant based, I opened my Burger and found that on the back side was raw. Since it was late to go back I figure to call to let them know. I tried calling several times but to no Avail. I ended calling the toll free number and spoke to a representative she advised me she was going to send an email to management in Espanola and she said that they should get back with me and apologized. They never did, so I called the toll free number a second time this was a couple of days later a different representative. I explained the situation again they advised me there were submitting an email to the manager to reach out to me and again no response. So, I decided to reach out to the public health department to advise them what was going on. I left a message with a Representative and she advised me that she would have someone contact me. Which they never did either, they're all just as bad as Burger King. My advice to you is just don't eat here. I do not advise eating at this facility anymore until they learn how to cook properly. Girl who took my order rushed me through it and then wanted to give my loyalty code on a $45 order oh do that at the beginning was what I was told so came to the window and was told a second time which I heard the first time yeah you need to do that before you start ordering. My suggestion was why donāt you guys get into a habit of asking for better service kind of like McDonaldās. Her snippy response was well we are McDonalds yeah no kidding at least McDonalds asks you first to get your business and show they are better. It was taken by man who I'm assuming was the manager. He overcharged for the water, then when I asked for cheese on my burger he charged me "extra" cheese for higher price. When I got my burger it had NO cheese. One of our burgers came in a wrapper that was so greasy we had to get it rewrapped. When I asked for a token for the bathroom, they had to let me in with a card instead, since the locks were broken. I had been in the bathroom for a short time and one of the employees came in and asked me if I was finished yet. I had been in there a long time. Unbelievable!! Never had that experience before!
