Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Espanola

Picked up my order through the drive thru. Picked up my order was told it was one price. Got home and checked my bank transaction the next day. Saw I was charged about 6.00 more. Checked and confirmed through my online order that I was overcharged. I sent an email and a chat to corporate about the over charge. I have not gotten a response. I guess corporate feels it's better to rip off customer then be responsible for a Living wage for their employees. It's not okay to add money to someone's card. That is fraud! Remember, if you pay with a card, make sure you watch for the final bank transaction to see if you are over charged. I will not be ordering here again. Have eaten inside before. First off, it's freezing inside all the time. The service is slow and they keep forgetting things that I had asked for 10 minutes before. They also let in people that are trying to sell you things while you are eating and don't do anything to get them out. So then I tried to order out and I called the order in 25 minutes before. When I got there I waited for 15 - 20 minutes before anyone came to help me.
