KFC — Restaurant in Euclid

The food is kFC chicken and it’s pretty consistent. Nothing bad to say about it. The service was AWFUL. I mean awful. I made an online order and pulled up to the window. For one thing, they have grilled chicken on the website but not in the store. That should be updated, but ok no big deal. I was asked to come inside before after making an online order which completely defeats the purpose. This time I was asked to “pull up in one of the spaces”. There are no numbered spaces for pick up. Ok, fine. I waited for 20 minutes and then had to go inside since no one came out. The vibe screams “we don’t want to be here”. No greeting, no smiles. I waited for a moment and the cashier asked if I ordered. I patiently told her that I have been waiting for 20 mins. She’s says, “Oh, it’s over there” and vaguely gestures to her right as if she expects me to come behind the counter and get it myself. I was soon handed my food without any acknowledgment of any kind nor an apology. That’s fine, I can fry my own chicken. This isn't my first rodeo with this KFC. My mother and I went there about a year ago and the lady on the intercom was so rude to my mom, I almost went in there to check her but my mom wanted to "pray on it". Yeah okay. SO here we go again- THIS time by myself. Went 25 mins out of my way to this KFC because the one by me was about to close 2 hrs earlier. Got to the drive through and they change their deals like every other week. So as im attempting to dissect the menu for the best deals, the lady gets on the horn. I advise her that im trying to look over the menu quickly because it changed with the deals. I simply ask her do they have a tender family meal smalled than the one advertised and she rudely tells me "We DONT have a tender family meal". Okay hunty sounding like Billy Goat Gruff. I returned her annoyance and said "THATs why I asked". I continued to order the rest of my items and after i thought about it, i didnt like her attitude and got out of line and proceeded to Arbys BACK on my side of town. Some advice, to save time and aggravation and possible assault charge, stay clear away...

At approximately 140 pm , I entered the driveway ordered a meal and large coleslaw , forgot to order a drink cashier rudely and very unapologetically told me she couldn't do any add ons ,( it's tragic that customer service no longer exists) I had to get out of my car and come inside to get a beverage , while the policy maybe no add ons where is the common sense here at. For a beverage you have to be kidding me , not to mention the cashier offered no alternative It was as if in she got pleasure not being helpful, I will thank the young man inside who assisted me if it hadn't been 4 him I'm one of the few still sticking by kfc over Popeyes but if this is the way customers are going to be treated no problem I'll take my business elsewhere!!!
