Taco Bell — Restaurant in Euclid

This place is horrible and always has been! I pulled up to the drive through, I was the only car there. It took 3 minutes or so just for someone to ask me for my order. So I pull up to the window and I sat there for 4 minutes (without exaggerating) finally a young man came to the window and asked if I had a pick up or wanted to place an order? I told him I placed my order on the speaker 4 minutes ago, and he looked at me funny! I said I gave my order to a lady on the speaker, and he said, "What is your order?" I told him what it was, and he mumbled something about the lady and said "ok let me get that for you." He went to make the order and 4 minutes later a lady came to the window leaned against something and messed on her phone for another few minutes then she opened the window and told me my total for my order. When I finally got through there and came home to eat, neither of my burrito supreme's had any sour cream on them!! So after being in the drivethru for 20 minutes, my food wasn't right!! You would think that as long as it took, not to mention the price of it, your food should be correct!! Horrible, horrible management here!! I won't go back, I will go 5 miles down the road to Taco Bell on Som Center they usually have it going on there. Maybe they should ask for a few...

Absolute worst taco bell ive ever been to, ive tried coming here 2-3 days out of a week after work for the past monthband a half and i can count on one hand how many time ive actually been able to get food. It seems after about 10 o clock none of the people inside want to work, so they either tell me their computer system is down or that they are closed, and i know for a fact that neither are true, because 1: they close at 4 and they tell me this anywhere from 10:30pm to 1:00am, and 2: that would be a pretty big coincidence that their computers breaks at the same time every day. The very few times I've actually been served took about 30-45 minutes of waiting in line, it also doesn't help that all of the employees are the most rude humans on planet earth. It's really a shame that these people are like this, taco bell is one of the only fast food places that is on my way home from work, and I'd rather not go all the way out of my way just to get some half decent food. Calling corporate tomorrow and I wont be coming back until they either set those employees straight or get...

Door dash driver here. Spent 10 minutes in line, 10 minutes just waiting to get an answer, and lady didn’t speak a word to me while handing me the food and drinks. This is after last night, a guy tried blowing me off until he realized I had a DoorDash order. Came back 30 minutes later with another order and told me his manager says they’re closed, at 1:30 am. Maybe that’s right but store hours say 4 am and I can lose my DoorDash account if they aren’t really closed. You also have to pick up orders inside during the day, but in the drive through at night. Weird. The one time I went here on my own time they were out of literally everything I wanted to order.

Part 2, again here tonight: dude said someone already picked up my DoorDash, and I repeated their name and they confirmed. It was an order with one item so I asked if that was the item handed out. He said “oh just one item? Alright pull around.”

Wait is long enough every time that it’s about not worth taking any orders there period and staff certainly isn’t kind obviously. I’d never spend my own...
