UPDATE: I am extremely pleased with the manager Ronzel! He contacted me immediately about the issue I was having with one of his delivery drivers. He quickly found a solution & was so friendly & apologetic. I’ve been a customer of this Dominos for almost 10 years, & this is the first time I’ve needed a manager for something serious. Please know that I appreciate your team’s hard work & professionalism! I will continue to order from Dominos! :)
Original review-Worst service I have ever experienced tonight! Thanks a lot for sending an extremely rude delivery driver. For one, they took off and didn’t deliver our food we paid for. They were mean to us on the phone & didn’t even try to find our house. My boyfriend was standing in the driveway waiting for our food! I tried calling them back and they wouldn’t answer & claimed they called me 5 times and I didn’t call back which is a lie. They talked to me in a very antagonistic manner when I said our delivery driver took off & they said ya that was me, your house is too hard to find, fine I’ll bring it back to you, but you better be standing outside in a mean tone. Read moreI ordered my dinner at 6:49pm, total came to $50 +/-. I arrived 10 minutes before it should’ve been done according to their status tracker. It took them 20 minutes to notice me and ask if I’ve been helped yet, with multiple people passing by me the entire time, and that was at 7:54pm. Yes it took them that long to make 2 pizzas and 1 stuffed cheese bread. Then they tell me that I will have to wait. It’s still in the prepping stage. Are you freaking kidding me. I waited another 30 minutes after they put a rush on it after I asked them how long. Their answer, there were 2 more orders ahead. Am I to be expected to wait an another hour to get something that I bought and paid for! Absolutely not. So I felt petty, and stayed at the window with approximately 5-7 cars behind me waiting for their food. I will sit there until I get what I paid for an hour and a half prior and not move. Sure they have a little spot to get your food brought out to you if they have multiple cars waiting, but not for me. They can go around. Read moreThis is the second time in a week that I’ve ordered from this location. Both times the app said delivery would be 25-35 minutes and both times it has taken 2 hours. You can’t call and get ahold of anyone so you basically have to sit and wait for the tracker to update. My neighbor ordered from this location a few nights ago and the same thing happened to her. Last night the driver said they are having to pickup business from the Coburg Road location since they aren’t able to work at full capacity right now. She also said they have been given more employees from that location. The work load may have increased but they’ve been given extra help as well. At the very least, there should be some sort of notification of what’s going on or an honest delivery time on the app. It doesn’t seem right to be told 35 minutes, charged $5.99 for a delivery fee and give a generous tip just to wait for 2 hours, not be able to contact the store and then get a “yea sorry about that” nonchalant attitude once delivered.
