If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had such terrible service. I ordered through the app and it did not end well. I ordered a large Big Mac meal. First, my drink was “left behind,” luckily the guy working curbside was on it and quickly got my drink for me. Second, I discovered that I was missing my Big Mac, on my large Big Mac meal….. When I tried to go inside all the doors were locked, which seemed strange when there were several people inside including a couple groups of teenagers. I was able to get inside when one of the teenagers walked out. The doors were locked before closing..? I then waited at the counter only for the girl to ignore me and to let two of her friends inside and behind the counter before even looking at me. Only when she was letting a second person in did she say “I’ll take your order in just a minute.” When she came back to the counter this girl said awkwardly, “did you order?” I said, “actually I just came through curbside pickup and it looks like you guys forgot my Big Mac on my large Big Mac meal.” This girl rips the receipt I had for my order out of my hands, crumples it in her hands, gives me an intense stare and says, “ohhh okay, let me grab that for you.” She then took the Big Mac that appeared to have been sitting in their “bay,” aggressively shoved it into a bag, and says, “I’m sure there’s a Big Mac in there.” What the heck? Does she even know what she’s putting in the bags, or does she just think her job is to place items in bags. Because a robotic arm would probably do a better job and be able to read the box… I’ve never been so mistreated at a McDonald’s in my life. That is no way to treat members of your community. That counter “person” has their priorities out of whack. The guy running orders to cars was more competent, and polite!
To that “person” at the counter. First of all, never rip anything out of a customers hands. What is your problem? I hope you do not work service industry again, you were very rude and lacked boundaries. Your attitude towards me was clearly rude, hostile, and exclusionary. Read moreAnother disappointing experience, I’ve been using their curbside pick-up, which has translated into I pay and they ignore/forget I’m there. I watch people come and go while I wait. Then after bringing it to the attention of someone they bring out your order with mistakes. The great joy is that as soon as they hand you the order they leave so now you have to get out, and go inside to get things fixed. 😡. The final bit is getting home and finding out all your burgers that you ordered no onions on and the grill ticket states no onions all had onions. Well you can see my visit was not positive.

I drove in and parked in the curbside pickup parking. I opened the app which prompted me to continue an order I had remaining from the last time I was there and the "app failed". So I continued that order go to the end and it states the coupon is no longer valid, so now it lets me pull out the coupon out bust does not let me back into the order to add the items that the coupon removed. I forced shut down the app relaunched and ordered and what would you know the app failed again. Now keep in mind this is not the app failing but some state where the app say opps we messed up please come inside. Of course I did that last time and and the employees are clueless, care not about the frustrations you have been having with their app and they just want you to cue up in the line to order like you just walked in. Keep in mid the app is giving you a unique code to give to them that should relay your order but they act clueless. I'm going to give the app one last time before I dump it as this is the 3rd time it's been a failure. Read moreI ordered 13 cookies, a 20 piece nugget and two sweet teas. While I was ordering the guy kept rushing me and saying "Is that all", then after I paid almost $15, I was told there was a wait on the cookies. I was pretty excited about that, as anyone would love fresh cookies. After a weird mix up with my drinks at the window, I pulled into the waiting spot. This often happens at this location and they were making my cookies. An employee came to my window and handed me a bag, I noticed the cookies weren't there before I opened the bag to check. It wasn't my meal, she apologized and said it happens a lot. Which in a customer's opinion, it shouldn't happen that often, if at all. That bag went into my car and then it went to the right customer, that's pretty gross and gives leeway for cross contamination. After waiting almost 25 minutes, my food finally showed up and the employee practically threw it at my before running off. I understand that this location can get super busy, but the service tonight was atrocious. When I got home, which is literally .5 miles down the street, all my cookies were cold and hard (what did I wait so long for?) and both my sweet teas were NOT sweet teas.
