Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Euless

Very unprofessional. I was in line already for 15 mins. When it was my turn to pull up to the speaker to order I was asked of I could hold. I waited another 5 mins. So I pulled up behind the vehicle at the window and the two male employees were flirting with the young lady on the vehicle. They were just talking and telling each other ages. They had their cellphones out I'm assuming getting her information. They saw me just waiting and they conversed for another 7 mins before the young lady pulled up to a parking slot. I guess they wanted to chat with her more. I drove threw and would had left a long time ago but it's no out once you're in line which I dislike because what bbn of a customer has vehicle issues then they're stuck blocking the way. My point is this employee did not care about the line behind him. He did not care about speed of service for the company nor did he care to offer compassion for those who were waiting. I understand that you're at work but we're getting off work too. We are essential workers dealing with patients all day. I want a sundae to indulged in before going back...

I love going here in the mornings since it actually gives me a place to relax and get away from people who bully me at my school because of depression and anxiety, that stuff. However, when it comes to the days that it's closed, usually just for other students, I think that's kind of stupid? You can just ban them, and also not the entire school like last year. I know there's some employees that are REALLY nice, like one gave me water so I didn't have to leave cause I was waiting for my friend so I could order for both of us. But sometimes I really get pissed off cause we (MINORS) get yelled at and cussed at to leave if we don't have food or a drink. I understand for the other kids, but me and my friend do nothing wrong, infact if I had to, I'd give up my seat for someone else because I know I don't have problems with my legs or back, and I'd rather them sit if they...

Sad to see so much money spent on a newish building with nice new items and people inside not running it well.. when i went it looked like wasnt kept up well through out the day... i had to tell the guy behind the counter what all goes on a sundae! he was shaking putting on toppings and i had to repeat my self several times for him to kinda barely register it speaking clearly in english and slowly ..this place definanly needs to look at who they hire better every time ive went the only real issue has been its employees none of them seemed to enjoy what they do i waited like 10 minutes before placing a order only one person was ahead of me..the image of the buisness and taste of the ice cream is...
