I am fairly impressed with the service in the restaurant. Taco Casa appeared to be fully staffed to meet the volume of dinner rush business, the line inside was moved quickly and I was served in a timely manner. This is a rare experience in post-Covid food service industry, as contrastly most competing restaurants are critically understaffed; this is definitely the situation I observed here at this location, and it’s nice to be served fast fresh food quickly for once. Interior tables were kept clean and free of trash. I intend to return in the future, and as long as the superb service continues so will I continue to patronize this business.

Wife and kids were happy with theirs. I order the Super Tostada, no beans, so I can eat it while in the car (not driving). Whoever started the competition, to see who can put the most lettuce and smallest amount of meat, this person won. Pretty sure it is almost an entire head of lettuce.

This is my absolute favorite place to get tacos 🌮 after I tried a taco from here I simple wont eat them anywhere else! The shell is so crisp and soft! All of the veggies are fresh and the meat is seasoned just right! I love Taco Casa and I’m sure you will tooā™„ļø

I have not attempted to leave home (halfway house, actually, but never mind that right now) - since I had a few disastrous dining experiences at some fast fooders during the first week of August. But when I woke up this afternoon, it was clear that tacos were needed. As it happened, the Euless version of Taco Casa was convenient, and so I traded them 7 American dollars for a SUPER BURRITO + a SUPER TACO. I ate them with all the violence of a genocide, and they will never be heard from again, until later tonight when I fire them out of my colon into my roommate's trashcan. Aside from the ultimate level of delicious yumminess that caused my body to shake in uncontrollable sexual spasms, accompanied by an involuntary outburst of screams that sounded like a cat-house staffed by tourettes sufferers, the highlight of the meal for me was being served at the counter by a special guest celebrity Taco Casa employee = 2Chainz! At first I was certain that he would rob me, shoot me, and leave my body out back by the dumpster, but I judged too harshly, as he provided exemplary customer service, and I exited with both a full tummy, and as an unmurdered person. However, not everything was perfect. As I exited the premises, to my horror I spotted several members of the most horrible savages who ever cursed the earth with their presence. Lucky for me, there were just 3 of them, this time. Even luckier, they were too busy smoking cigarettes and making fun of innocent fat, stupid, ugly people to notice me. The filthy bearded guy was attempting to smoke an entire cigarette with just one drag, and failed miserably. The tall nut-job just sat, starring off into space with a crazed gaze of unbridled hatred in his demented eyes. And the female member of their tribe was raging. She terrified innocent bystanders by howling vulgarities into her phone, making even a local law enforcement officer turn his squad car around & drive in the opposite direction. Last anyone heard, he's almost in Nebraska at this point, and still crying. God help us all. Anyway, nice taco....

For OCD consumers: the way the meat is grounded at this location may or may not involve the employee sweating into the meat unintentionally and as I was forced to do this and witness other employees having to do it as well.

I recently visited this establishment and was quite concerned by its lack of cleanliness and hygienic standards. According to information I received from multiple employees, the kitchen does not adhere to stringent cleanliness protocols. Disturbingly, I was informed that during the meat grinding process, employees often sweat onto the meat due to the prolonged nature of the task, which lasts around 20 minutes. This information was provided by two anonymous employees, raising serious concerns about food safety.

On a positive note, the front counter staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great customer service. However, despite their hard work, employees appear to be underpaid, and the owner showed a lack of willingness to support them. When I requested a letter for my food stamps application, the owner refused, stating he only assists current employees and dismissing my request as a waste of his time. Despite my argument that helping individuals obtain food stamps is beneficial, he maintained that providing jobs was his primary form of assistance. However, underpaying your employees is hurting them not helping them. The owner is quite pernicious to his employees and I know because I was one of them. I'm quite sure Master's degree-level psychologists and PHD psychologists would agree with my psychological assessment that the owner, well, there have been studies that show that among the managerial class there is a higher likelihood of sociopathy and meeting this man in interacting with him helped me understand how those studies came to those...

I'm only giving it one star because of Veronica. She needs to drop her bad attitude. Not only does she treat the good employees like dirt but she treated the customers poorly as well. She angered me, my friend and another customer. She claims she called my friend's order out five or six times when she only called it out twice while he was busy with something. So after the second time she called out his order she decided to get rid of it and throw it away. We asked what happened to his order and she complained that she called it out a lot when literally she only did it two times. She had the audacity to ask "well do you want it remade or not" in a very ugly tone. If she was a little nicer about it and not throwing a fit then this wouldn't happen. She also kept mean mugging the customers. I even talked to another lady that was there and she was dealing with the same problem me and my friend were. So drop the attitude and stop treating the employees that have good customer service and actually do care, stop treating them like dirt because they do a better job...
