says: To start off, I applaud the person running the front desk. I don’t believe he was the owner because he was on the phone speaking to someone telling him what to do. He was kinda snappy at first when I brought up there wasn’t a pool. Answering “look around , where can I fit a pool.” But he redeemed himself when he was polite on the phone, I called because I didn’t have a remote for my room and I couldn’t turn the tv off or the volume up and down. I specifically got that hotel because it had a great price and it had a pool. I even called and asked before my stay if there was a pool. I got told yes. It is also on the vio app that says there is a pool on the property. So very sad about that. I’m not one to complain but when we got in our room it was dirty there was old soap someone used still sitting on the side of the tub with the trash from the soap on the floor. There were no trash cans and only two plugs for our chargers next to the sink no where else in the room. The blankets were still dirty we slept on the bed without the covers because of this. We loved the a/c unit it kept us cold all night that’s how we like it. Our lock to our room room did not work. My husband came in the door without even using the key I had it in the room with me at the time. Also the window was able to open by anyone I had luck had a wooden bar perfect for the window that blocked anyone from coming in. So I was also upset when my son was washing he’s hands and there burning from the water coming from the sink and the bath tub because we had no cold water. We had hot water no cold. It was about 2 am and I wasn’t sure if anyone was on shift at the office so I did not call about this. I did however tell the housekeeper about the water but forgot about the dirty room as we were in a hurry to get out and not leave...
Read moreThe accommodations are a bed, armoire; LARGE TV with basic cable+local channels/remote; small fridge with seperate freezer; mircowave oven. There is open air coin operated laundry but the area is unkept and it does not appear that most of the machines are in operation. The morning staff are a cut above that would give 4 star hotel a run for its money. The morning property manager is a ray of golden sunshine with a smile who continoisly works hard to enhance the quality of the establishments offerings for its patrons. The room Servicer has a keen eye for detail and thoroughly cleans each room upon checkout (linens are changed, fresh towels etc) If you havent stayed here in over a year you would be very impressed with the improved conditions. The Euless PD has done a fantastic job of collecting the areas trouble makers and the property is very pleasant and quiet now. The property owner has spent the last year diligently raising the quaility of each rooms accomodations: new beds, new air conditioners, new top blankets/new linen bed clothes, new television, NEW STAFF, and enforcing the law to keep criminal activity off the property. I would recommend this motel to others now. The reason the location is only 2 stars is not the motels fault but that this side of Euless has limited resources and zero entertainment options. **High point though is that the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport is only 3 miles away, downtown Ft. Worth is 15 minutes away, and downtown Dallas is only 17 minutes away (times are approximate at no traffic conditions). *If your looking for an affordable, peaceful and relaxing stay in the H.E.B. area this is...
Read moreMy family and I needed a cheap place to stay for a week until our apartment was ready to move into. We were there for 45 minutes and had bed bug bites on us and spotted 2 of them on the bed. The top blanket of the bed had cigarette burns and black stains and dirty. I looked at the sheets and also had nasty stains. Everything was dirty and gross! I didn't see any live cock roaches because it was day time probably but there were a few dead ones. There was BLOOD splatter on the bathroom wall and a trail of blood on the 2nd floor from the stairs to another room. If that wasn't bad enough, after maybe 10 minutes of being there, we had 2 different very shady looking men knocking on the door and window asking to borrow stuff and trying to look inside the room. Because at this point I was scared to stay. I called the Euless PD and asked if we would be safe there. Although the bed bugs and blood was there, I had just paid 375.00 and I couldn't get a refund. So I didn't have much money left. Euless police said we should leave asap so we did. They said it's full of drugs, prostitution and dangerous. So although I was out 375.00, we left! We left 3 days ago and we are still trying to get rid of bed bugs and their bites. Please don't stay here with your children. It's the worst place I'd ever been to. YOU WILL WANT A REFUND.... PROMISE! YOU WILL...
