Trophies & More — Local services in Bedford

I don’t know where to begin here. I’ve use them ONLY because Trinity HS uses them for their shirt orders. I ordered Spring 2021 soccer playoffs shirt because my kids are on the back of the shirts. Took about 2 months to get the shirts. Then I was told they have more shirts already made ( soccer play off shirts ) I tried to pay them on the spot to avoid another long wait but was told I had to do it online. Weeks went by still shirts not ready. Drove up to the store serval times and the shirts were not ready, I ordered this back July,2021 Then they moved and trying to reach them over the phone is HARD Owner never available nor returns call. Finally on 10/23/2021 I got a cancellation email that they were not able to print my shirts ( shirts I was told were already done) till this day I’m waiting for my refund and a call back trying to get my money back. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve been super patient. Hopefully they will return my calls or my money ASAP. Really hope Trinity changes who makes...

Allan and Patrick, at Trophies and More, have far exceeded my expectations. I reached out on a whim hoping they could help me with a very custom order and I was not in any way disappointed. In fact the level of customer support, communication, and follow up has surpassed any other example I have come across in the time I have lived in Texas. Allan and the team at Trophies & More are awesome. I needed 12 little league trophies, all personalized in a very VERY short timeframe, and boy howdy did Allan deliver. The trophies look fantastic, and it was amazing to see the boys light up when they received them during our trophy ceremony.
