Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Euless

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Went here about a week ago to get some pizza for the pool. We called ahead to order. Once we go there, we decided we needed some cheesy bread and some crazy bread. There was one cheesy bread left in the warmer and I told the girl that I wanted it. She proceded to ring me up (opening every pizza box by the way and extensivly checking each one out), charged my card (which took over 5 minutes) only to return to my cheesy bread being given to someone else. I was told I could wait another 10 minutes while my pizza got cold for another one to be made. I just asked for a refund and was given grief about it. Today my husband called ahead and ordered a supreme pizza, when we showed up he waited in the store for about 5-7 minutes. After waiting he inquired about our order., my husband inquired about our pizza. They didn't have one for my husband, but for a "RAY" which isn't even close to his name. But any way, the girl who answered the phone to take the order was told not to let anyone order supreme pizzas because they were out of half the ingredients. He was told he would have to order something else, so he did, and was told it would be 8-10 minutes for the new pizza. He went back inside nearing the 10 minute mark and they hadn't even started our pizza yet. They were waiting on one of the workers to run to Albertsons to ge the items for the supreme. I went there last Saturday night (4/2) and got there about 9:45, boy it was busy. So busy I felt bad for them and almost left. It was about 10:03 before I got my large pepperoni pizza. All of that was fine I figured they were busy until I saw what the real problem was, the manager. This guy was stressing out his entire team and was extremely rude. At one point his cashier was low on change and instead of helping he said "get change from my drawer" followed up by "use your brain." Multiple times the cashier would run credit cards and he would just yell at her to get out of the way. Clearly this "manager" was not in control of his store and had I worked for him would have walked out because nobody deserves to be talked to like he talked to people. You could tell every patron in the store was extremely uncomfortable because of this manager, people were talking about it in the parking lot.

I want to thank 2 young men that were working on 5/10/16 for working by them self after bad weather ripped through Euless this storm made 3 trees fall from my apt complex blocking the exit and the entrance I called for a pizza to be delivered but it was 1hr and 45 min wait so once the weather calmed down I went walking to little ceasars the young man that was working the register and boxing up the pizza's coming out of the oven was honest and keep telling everyone 15 to 20 min wait ....hey thats by far better then almost 2 hours for pizza hut or domino's people were coming in 1after another some disappointed but I truly wasn't kudos to the other young man that was preparing all the pizza orders all the customer's were placing DAMN HARD WORKER STRESSED OUT BUT KEPT THERE HEADS UP ALL THE WAY!!!! A thanks for the young lady that came in to help these 2 gentleman. DEFINITELY I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS STORE TO ALL MY FRIEND'S & FAMILY. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
