GARBAGE!!!!! THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! Rep "Shamsa" is ignorant about her product, her job, and how to treat customers. She repeatedly LIED to me and when I confronted her on it, she said I was mean. GET OVER IT GIRL! It's your JOB to be informed, honest, and polite to customers. MetroPCS REFUSED to credit my credit card, only giving me a cash refund. I immediately redflagged them to my credit card company as a potential future fraudulent recurring charge. Both reps in the store were scared to death to talk to Manager Chris over the phone regarding their snafu. This shop and MetroPCS in general are a total NIGHTMARE...AVOID AT...

Took an elderly friend in today to return her phone. She had it 4 days it had no signal and come to find out there was no towers near her. They refunded onky for the phone and they didn't refund any the 70 dollars for the month. They didn't refund any of the 70 dollars when she only had it for 4 days. The other metro pcs I'd called saud this store should never sold her the phone bc there's no service in her area. The Mgr. Wanted to argue about it on the phone. If your elderly ask a friend for help before you go get phones etc. To avoid being taken...

After purchasing a cellphone and upgrading my service I was quoted a price. I then received a message from T-Mobile saying that it would cost me about $50 more dollars monthly than what id agreed to. I called "AQ" the man that assisted me in my purchase and updated service plan. Not only did he resolve the problem but greeted me after his working hours in our community to assure me that the problem had been fixed. Above and beyond type service.....
