Food was mediocre but you do get a lot for the price. I wasn't able to place an order with my usual Italian restaurant over the phone so I gave Lizzano's Pizza a try. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, extra homemade rolls, an 8 ounce side of marinara sauce, a small Caesar salad and cannoli. Some of the reviewers commented on authenticity; I have to disagree. When I think about an authentic Italian restaurant, things like fresh herbs, real shaved Parmesan cheese and amazing sauces come to mind. Everyone has different personal tastes, but in my opinion, the food was bland.

My Caesar salad set the tone for the rest of the meal; there was no fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Instead, there was a yellow almost powder like substance that I assume was meant to pass for cheese. On the bright side, the croutons and dressing were very good. 2 large breaded chicken breasts were included in my entrée, covered with a layer of cheese and I asked for angel hair pasta; however, chicken was a little dry and there wasn't much sauce. Although I specifically asked for marinara sauce, I was disappointed to find my pasta was served with meat sauce (seems strange to serve a chicken dish with meat sauce). No oil infused with herbs for the rolls and I didn't receive the marinara sauce or any plasticware (checking your order before you leave may be a good idea).

Although I can appreciate why this family business chooses not to except credit or debit cards, the downside is when a mistake is made, you can't just call the restaurant and have a credit returned to your card. Also, to that point, I don't think it's appropriate to downgrade a review for food based on payment methods offered. As other reviewers mentioned, you can visit 7-Eleven located within the same strip mall and get cash back with no charge if you purchase something (no ATM fees).

The staff was very...

tonight was my 1st time in this place. decided to give it a try as i was way too tired to cook tonight. people were great! atmosphere was amazing!

i went in-store to place my pickup order which was a little pricy but i wanted to check it out being that it was close to home. i ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a cheesy garlic bread. i was told it would take approx 20 minutes until ready so, ran home to change, then ran back for order. the 2 people whom ordered after me had already picked up their orders but, when i arrived i was told my order was still not ready. i sat down to wait for pickup and talked with the woman that placed my order while waiting for quite some time. when my order was ready, i placed it in my car and drove home when i finally arived home ready to eat... i opened the pizza only to find it kind of warm/cold as well as wrong pizza entirely. i was sent home wirh a mushy cold cheese and what appeared to be green peppers? and no pepperoni at all.. the hard cold burnt non garlic cheese bread was very dissatisfying as well i chose not to call or return to the store. and ended up cooking at home and spending $30 on what ended up in my trashcan due to my 1st and last bad experience at...

Update February 7, 2024 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 Another huge supreme pizza with all the toppings - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Sensationalissimo! The Italian music 10. Would you believe I have leftovers too? This time I took a pizza photo because Lizzano's trumps Domino's pizza 8 days a week. Try it you will like it. 🤓👍👍 Sparkling clean restrooms and free WiFi too. Thank you and God bless you all.

Old world Italian values and quality rule here. I can honestly say, in all these years, I have only had excellent/delicious Italian food here. I love the pizza, pasta, MEATBALLS, and generous portions here. We are all privileged to have such fine authentic Italian food right here in the neighborhood. Since I grew up on the very best Italian food, I can assure you that Lizzano's Pizza has earned all of their five star ratings, especially mine. I met the owner one morning before they opened, great guy. The intimate, homey atmosphere and eagerness to please patrons is great. It is such a refreshing change from corporate chain restaurants. I wanted to take a photo of this pizza, but it was so delicious, we ate the whole thing too fast. LoL! THANK...

Lizzano’s was picked as our dinner spot by a friend of mine, based on location and reviews. We were very pleasantly pleased that the pizza did not disappoint. We were seated right away around 6p on a Tuesday, greeted right away with menus and drinks, and some delicious bread/rolls served with olive oil/balsamic and herbs. Our server was very attentive keeping an eye on us ready to take our order, as soon as we were ready. We asked for a recommendation, chose just a large supreme, were asked if we wanted salads and we declined. The pizza was hot and fresh, thin NY style pizza crust, loaded with toppings as you can see from the pic and above all...delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try other items, a great hidden gem in Euless!

My reply to the restaurants reply: Yes SMALLEST Italian meatball I have ever had for $5! And Yes, it had no flavor. I really wanted to like this mom and pop restaurant but it fell way short. The server was obviously a family member and did a great job. The atmosphere wasn’t too bad other than the whole family hanging out, but I guess that’s to be expected in a mom pop place. The Italian music was on a very short loop but bearable. The salad was very blah as was the house dressing. Pizza was just ok. The real problem was the $5 tiny meatball with no flavor…come on it was the smallest Italian meatball I have ever had in my life!

Great little neighborhood Italian restaurant. The menu options are standard for a small family owned Italian restaurant but the quality and taste was significantly above average. You get a lot of bang for your buck with the portions. I've both dined in and done take out and haven't had issues with either. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy but don't let that fool you. Only downside is it's cash only and I don't often carry much cash on me or I'd definitely visit more often.
