Subway — Restaurant in Euless

Today I ordered a steak and cheese 6 inch. When I was checked out the sandwich was almost $8. I looked up online and steak and cheese was a bit under $7. They had rung up a Philly steak. When I approached the mgr to question this, he tried a few explanations, explaining the difference in ounces of meat ect... finally he said that he gives his customers the best portion unless they state otherwise. Excuse me... you qualify the customers to see what THEY'D LIKE, you don't just upgrade their sandwich at their expense. So I told him ok, I understand what you're doing and he stated next time he'll give me a discount. Ummm NO. I won't be back ever! You do not get to decide what I want or how much or what I spend! The only reason I didn't give it back for a refund is due to the fact that this Man is actually a very nice person, but I won't take My money to a place with policies i find deceptive. You need to qualify the person! Some people won't mind being "upgraded" without consent however I'm not one of them. I've been in sales over $40 yrs, that'd be as bad as me just charging your card for what I want...

Last straw with this place. They are never open when they say they are going to be. It says online and on their door that they open at 9 am but many times I try to go there when they open and they are closed. I just tried to go this morning (day after Christmas) and it says online that they open at 10 today, so I wait til about 10:15 and go try to get a sandwich and they are closed and there is a guy inside doing prep work but he signals me through the window that they aren’t open without any kind of explanation and when I tried to get one he flat out ignored me. I’ve had it with the horrible service and the lack of reliability of this place. I just feel like if you say your going to be open then you should be open or change the hours on the door/website if you can’t get your employees to...

The middle eastern lady is rude and doesn't like American people. From what I'm witnessed while in the store. She charged me for a 6" sandwich that was 3" long and I ate it in 2 bites. As I sat here I'm a deaf person and I could see the hatred for white people. I keep getting looked at by the lady who needs to go back to where she came from. IF YOU DON'T LIKE AMERICA GET OUT OF HERE ILL PAY YOUR WAY. there's usually a man in here I can read his lips and I can talk as we speak the lady was rude to someone else and another lady came to save the day.
