This rating and review is based on service alone. In a pandemic reality where many fast food chains only have the drive through open, it would be feasible to think they would have perfected it by now. Not this BoJangles. There were three cars in front of me to order when I got in line. It took about 10 minutes to get to place my order. At that point, they told me they didn’t have coffee available (how do you not have coffee for breakfast at 9:30am on a Saturday?). After changing my order to include a different beverage (I told the lady taking my order I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait on them to brew coffee), it took about 5 minutes to get to the window. At the window, they tried to give me a different order. They had no record of my order. The lady reasoned that they must have given it to the person in front of me. I drove away hungry. Read moreFood is fine and everything but the quickness in which they pushed me through the drive thru is what bothered me. I don’t take very long just because I want to be courteous to the customers behind me and the employees taking my order, but the gentleman taking my order wouldn’t even allow for me to ask a question about the combo I ordered that came with a drink. I wanted to know if the price would change if I opted to not get the drink. He just kept on saying “I’ll take care of it, I’ll take care of it.” As we proceeded, we were charged full price without drinks. In that case I would have ordered them if I was going to be charged full price. Just not the customer service I expected from a place that go to frequently. I know it’s a fast food restaurant but I still expect better.
Edit: may I add that they forgot my honey mustard as well, which seems to be an issue every time...

When asked to speak to the manager on duty the attitude was amplified.
Once the manager was available to speak with me it was evident the customer service element was nonexistent.
After speaking with the manager I deduced they were part of the problem and not the solution. I couldn't say with certainty my issue would have been resolved.
I returned home and conducted some online research to look for senior managers/regional managers. I located one however was unsuccessful at speaking with him.
I did the next best thing and located them on Facebook. I sent a private messages with my contact information never to receive a call or any feedback.
Stay clear from this particular location because the only you'll get served is ATTITUDE and mangers not engaged with their workforce or...
