Dandelion Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Evanston Township

What a wonderful discovery! This charming pourover coffee and French pastry café has quickly become one of my favorite spots.

The iced matcha latte with orange honey sweetener is absolutely phenomenal - such a unique and refreshing twist that perfectly balances the earthy matcha with bright citrus notes. It's creative touches like this that really set this place apart from other cafés.

The croissants are pure perfection - heavenly, buttery bites that transport you straight to a Parisian bakery. You can taste the quality and care that goes into each flaky layer.

Don't even get me started on the chaussons (French turnovers) - they feature delicious and interesting fillings that showcase real culinary creativity. Each one I've tried has been a delightful surprise.

My dream cafe! Walk-up window serving high-quality coffee and pastries. Easy, welcoming and delicious! I had a pour-over that was high-quality prepped with an obviously carefully selected choice of beans.
