Arby's — Restaurant in Evanston

If I could give zero stars, I would. We got into town around 10 pm pulling our boat. Everything was closed, except Arby’s & McDonald’s. The dining rooms are closed due to Covid, so we tried to place our order & walk through the drive through (like every other place is offering due to the current pandemic) to pick it up. The drive through attendant was extremely rude & told us we can’t walk up after dark for “her safety”. We let her know we had 4 hungry kids, some of which were crying. She basically told us she didn’t care & turned off the speaker. Thank goodness McDonald’s across the street knows what good customer service is. They didn’t make us walk through the drive through, & instead helped us at the side door. Our food was freshly made & delicious, & we were happy. We won’t even waste our time with this Arby’s...

Food is decent. I have recently been ordering the new burger. It is pretty tasty. I down-graded my rating though because the last 3 times I have visited the burger has been cold. We have also had issues with the order takers having issues with custom request on the burger ingredients. I asked for the burger to not have tomatoes and to add extra pickles and onions. When my food arrived it had tomatoes and not heavy on the requested items. When I reviewed the receipt my request were not added to the ticket. It's pretty sad that the front end employee was either too lazy or stupid to correctly input the order. We will now be checking and scrutinizing our orders. To update my review- the food is getting a little better and the cistoner service is a little better too. When we went here the other day we spent 30$ between 2 of us and they stacked it into one bag, and my husband went to get out of the car at home and the bottom of the bag fell out and all the food was all over his lap! I was able to call the manager and she did replace my food that was in the bag only. So the soad my husband crunched while trying to catch the bag was a loss but oh well. The second bag almost did the same thing!! I found the issue to be the french dip meat had been slopped onto the sandwich and was put into the bottom of the bag and then tge moisture ruined the bottom of the bag. But I was very happy...
