McDonald's — Restaurant in Evanston

Hi I've never had anything but great services frorm this restaurant this is first time I did one my husband ordered 3 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches plain with no lettuce and one cheeseburger and one of the hot and spicy chicken sandwiches he orders plain with no lettuce and they for got to put the hot and spicy chicken in the sandwich so when we got home he went too eat the sandwich so when he went too eat the sandwich all there was only a plain bun in the wrapping and the second thing was that I was going to get a quarter pounder but when I seen the price of the sandwich I told them no thanks I wasn't going to pay 4.68 for one Burger and as we started to leave we notices a sign of a sale you we're advertising 2/5 on sandwiches or fish sandwich and 10 nuggets and the sale associate she never said anything about you're sales of any kind,you know I have never had any problems from that restaurant and my husband Love's you're Fry's and those hot and spicy chicken sandwiches so when he told me about his order from that restaurant was not rt I got a little up set so I wanted about what happen this time it was last night about 5:09pm but your supervisor I think her name was Laurie or Julie she said that she was really sorry about what happen and she was going to send me some coupons to me I should get then in a week and if I didn't to call her back so the manager was very understand about what happen and she was going to talk to them because if you want customers to come back or if you want to make money then you're sales associates should be told about bringing up the sandwich sale you got on sales and I brought it up to I thinks she was a supervisor if she wasn't a supervisor she deserves to be one I would recognized for what she did for me sincerely you're favorite customers Mrs...

Didn't feel like cooking today. My son and I had breakfast. Service was slow but food was good. Dine in times at the Evanston Wyoming McDonalds are the slowest in the country. 8 to 15 minute wait times are pretty standard. My lunch/dinner experience was a complete train wreck. I stood at the counter in excess of 5 minutes waiting to pay for my order I already placed at the kiosc. I could clearly see 7 people standing in the back talking. After receiving my sons meal I ordered a large fry. In typical Evanston McDonalds fashion my $3 large fry was half empty. The curly headed hispanic boy who I told refused to serve me and was very mouthy. The Evanston McDonalds must train their employees to purposely under portion their large frys we all pay $3 for. When you ask them to appropriately fill your fry they purposly under fill the customer is treated badly by the employees. The Evanston McDonalds has a serious moral issue. The place has 9 cameras. More then any bank in town. You'd think if the Evanston McDonalds truly cared about their loyal regular customers they might utilize those cameras and see what the issues are. NOPE, your buisness don't matter ladies and gentlemen. Save your money if your getting off I80 go to Arbies or Wendy's or Costa Vida where good customer service still matter and you get what...

Don’t get me wrong the service was good no employees fault don’t fire them but the diabolical diarrhea I experienced after consuming soggy “meat” on my soggy “burger” was something I will never forget because of the green turd stains still resonating on the inner boil of my toilet acting as a constant reminder of the battle I endured after eating what I thought was a harmless McDouble I wish I could say it was just this certain McDonald’s fault but I find myself suffering from the same issues after every regretted visit to the Golden Arches.
