Wendy's — Restaurant in Evanston

Kierra the manager asked what I'd like to drink at the drive thru I told her Dave's orange soda she says Dave's what? So I repeated Dave's orange soda. She says daves orange cream or Fanta orange. I said daves orange, she says daves orange cream or there's fanta orange? I said ya I know but if I wanted Fanta I would have asked for Fanta but I said Dave's orange. She says I was just clarifying so I said Dave's orange cream did I say it right, that's what I want. Shes says don't yell at me. Then I stayed quiet for a minute, then contunued to order. She then says I can't deal with this..get out of my drive thru!!!!! I said i didnt even say anythjng i was continueing my order. She said i don't care GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THRU!!! I asked for the manager, she said I AM THE MANAGER! I asked for her name and she said it was none of my business. So I went I side to get it. She said get out of my restaurant or I'll call the cops on you. It told her she was the one making ordering difficult because she knew what i wanted and she continued to ask about Fanta. She said we have a lot of Dave's stuff here. I said you asked what i wanted to drink , you were just being difficult because you wanted to be a b%$

Staff do not want to wait on you, want you to use the kiosks for ordering, which I hate but probably should have to at least get the order correct. My wife was with me and I was trying to order two meals plus two Frostys. The meals come with a drink and they wanted to up charge and substitute a Frosty for each drink, which isn’t what I was ordering - I wanted the meal, including the drink, plus a Frosty for each meal. Finally I gave up and just got the meals and thought I would go back and get two Frostys. The Wendy’s in Riverton, WY has no trouble understanding this order so I don’t know what’s wrong with this staff. Additionally, they simply do not listen - I asked for Honey Mustard Sauce and got BBQ, had to exchange these, has to ask for straws because there weren’t any at the drink station, ketchup was completely out, every single table in the place was filthy and it looked like it had been quite a while since the floors were cleaned - and they really weren’t that busy but had no fewer than ten people working behind the counter and in the kitchen area. During the time we were there not a single person came out to wipe tables, clean up debris and trash, or empty garbage. As we were leaving one person came out with a bag of ketchup but didn’t bother to wipe up around the area. Everything I could see was pretty filthy and disgusting and seeing this I lost my appetite for ordering anything additional, so no Frostys for us today. 🤢 🤮 I don’t know what’s happened to this place as it used to be a regular stop for me along I-80 (at Wyoming exit 5) going to and from Salt Lake City, NEVER AGAIN. Will give the Burger King at TA a try next time at Fort Bridger,...

So we had the worst time at this establishment! the fries were cold we asked for three junior bacon cheeseburgers lettuce wrapped and they gave us three junior bacon cheeseburgers with the buns but on two of the burgers it's missing the lettuce the cheese the pickles the Mayo and the ketchup and only one of the junior bacon cheeseburgers was a complete sandwich and we were only 3 minutes away in a hotel and the fries were cold as heck when we got them out of the back and instead of doing the lettuce wraps they put lettuce in a different container with pickles and onions and they were completely out of bacon so we asked for me as a substitute and they made a big ordeal about it we tried talking to the manager and he insisted on arguing with us about why he was right and we were wrong when in all fast food establishments the customer is always right I've done my fair share in fast food restaurants the normal Wendy's I go to and every other Wendy's I go to never messes up like this and the manager never argues with us I think something should be done about the nighttime manager because he messed up on an order that we didn't even ask for this whole establishment needs...
