Dunkin' — Restaurant in Evansville

Normally I don't complain about fast food because it is exactly that, and I love Dunkin so I am hoping this is seen as constructive criticism and not a whiny customer. This location in particular seems to be struggling with really basic things, like being able to heat up food to anything above room temp. or being able to make my drink hot instead of iced when its right there on the receipt. Twice in a row now I have been handed an iced drink and had to sit there while they made me a new one, and since they are rushing now they forget to add the extra shot of espresso so I'm late and a dollar out. And I altogether stopped ordering food from here because its literally always cold. Bagels aren't toasted, donuts are cold, every time. I can't be that unlucky. So I hope you see this and do something about it because at the end of the day I want you to take my money, I want to eat your bagels and drink your coffee and give my kids your donuts, but you are making it really hard for...

You will not get fresh donuts. You will get service with a smile. You will get people that culturally appropriate you by doing an "accent" over the mic and then laugh about it when you pull around. You are not good donut makers. Go get over your Western Hangover. I do not care if you hate Americans. I care that you make fresh donuts and care about what you do for a living. Be happy here or be happy elsewhere. But do not treat me like an ignorant person who is incapable of empathy or has no worldview. We have enough people here that are unhappy with what they do and do not take pride in their work. If a donut is not even warm you should not sell that donut. If I could give 0 stars I would ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel got one strip of bacon paid 4 dollars horrible because when I order the same at anywhere besides Evansville I actually get Bacon it wasn't even worth opening here workers are rude and don't greet you its Just"what's Your order" worker kept trying to make me order something I didn't want owensboro location is extremely better. The workers do not speak English or understand it at all I'll continue getting my bec bagels from McDonald's and donuts from the donut Bank the food is overpriced for the quality they give at this location because everywhere else I'm excited to eat at Dunkin donuts but not the one in my hometown ...
