My fiancée and I went out last weekend for a little Valentines Day treat. For some unknown reason, I never associate Italian food with seafood, even though their entire country is pretty much surrounded by water 😅 I decided to try out the Crab Cakes meal, and my fiancée had ordered the Chicken & Potato. We also ordered some Fried Zucchini for an entrée, and a cannoli for desert. The Zucchini was delicious, every slices seemed like it was perfectly coated and came out piping hot and tasted very good. Having never had crab cakes before, I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by the flavor of the crab cakes and the sauce was so delicious with plenty of noodles to eat along with them. The chicken and potatoes were packed with flavor. The cannoli was absolutely delicious as well, cold, and tasted wonderful. They were very attentive to us, and checked on us plenty of times to make sure everything was going well, the food came out quickly, and overall was a great experience and actually excited to go back and try more food out. Our meal, with appetizer, main course, and desert came out to around $50, which wasn't to bad at all we thought for the amount of food we got, how great it tasted, and getting an appetizer and desert with it all.

Just want to make a quick update, we've been back several times and I tried their lasagna and it is to die for, best lasagna I have ever eaten, you've got to try it. This is mine and my wife's first visit to Little Italy. A first impression as we walked in side the front area was the glass door was really dirty, we almost turned and left but we decide to push through to see if the restaurant was dirty, it wasn't. If it had been we would have left, but it is a cozy little place, we chose to sit in a booth. The place is warm and inviting with a fire in the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. The waitress was friendly though we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our meal. We were there at lunch time. I ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, you get five large shrimp for $4, good price, very tasty, and the wife ordered a salad. Not sure why we waited nearly 30 minutes for it, but we finally received our meals, they were good. The fettuccine was El Dante and there was plenty of alfredo sauce, the bread and Olive oil they provided was very good, we enjoyed that immensely. It's a nice place, we enjoyed going, we will go back.

I went to Little Italy with my family for my belated birthday dinner 🥳. I've never tried this restaurant before, actually none of us had yet! I've heard and read really good things so I was excited to try it out. I was VERY VERY satisfied with my overall experience! 🩷😋 From the continuous hot bread with oil that was so addicting and delicious, to the super cheesy spinach ravioli, it was molto delizioso!! 🥰🥖🍝 This place had the most authentic Italian food I've ever had in this city, it'll be hard to taste anything less!! I couldn't get enough.😋🫶 I was unable to try the deserts since we had cupcakes for the birthday celebration. I wanted to try the cannolis or lemon cake, those are so good and I bet there's is the best!! I can't wait to go back and have lunch or dinner here again for sure!! 😊💗

I only tend to review restaurants that are 3 star or above anything lower is just not worth my effort. That being said this place is outstanding and if I could give it more han a 5 who knows what number would good enough to show how much I loved this place. I grew up on the North side of town and This was my lively hood. From hang out at the old Arcade to catching a movie to cruising endless laps. Got much older and kept saying I should give this place a try but we would always end up on in other areas. Man how I wished I would have follow my instinct someday years ago. What a hidden treasure the Italian food you can just taste the old world recipes being brought to life. Atmosphere was nicer than I thought it would be and the staff top notch. The owner I believe stop by our table and asked how was everything. 1i truly believe if something was hitting the mark they would make it right. Said this was put first time here and he was obviously excited asked what we had to eat because we both had cleaned plates (and this doesn't happen often with me!). I had the shrimp special over pasta with a white wine sauce with mushrooms they started us off with fresh bread sticks with the olive oil and Parmesan cheese to dip the bread. Normal we both drink water, but I was in the mood for ice tea and with being half and half the sweetness was just where I wanted it to be. After our main course we decided on a slice of lemon cake with Italian lemon creme in-between the two layers then a light dusting of powder sugar covered the top and sides. Not overly sweet just a very good way to end up the experience. I love my red meat but this place is competing for my favorite spot locally to eat. My wife and I just kept talking about when we will return, this...

Absolutely horrible. The server we had couldn't take care of two tables. We waited 15mins for drinks. We finally had to ask another server and by time she brought us our drinks, our food was already coming out. We got our drinks with our food and appetizer. It all came at once. Then when we asked for a manager the manager said they work as a team which is great except one person is doing everything while the other servers where socializing. The manager proceeded to rudely talk to us as defending the server then told her right at the table with us that the server who helped us would recieve our tip. The server then pretty much went off on the one person taking care of customers. Five tabled total and three servers. One table waited thirty minutes for their check from our server. Another table barely got their drinks and then their server completely disappeared. I would never suggest Little Italy to anyone and the sad part is, I was really looking forward to it. The manager apparently thinks five tables is busy for three servers. I have never been so disappointed in a manager, server or restaurant period. Coming from running a restaurant, serving and bartending for ten years and my husband doing the same, we get being busy and short staffed, but tonight wasn't as such and was highly unacceptable. The manager was extremely...
