I wish I could rate this location 0 stars. Worst experience I have EVER had with any restaurant. Firstly, I made the mistake of trying to pick my food up that I had ordered online through the drive thru. Apparently, you can order food in the drive thru and WAIT AT THE WINDOW for it, blocking people from picking up their food that is already ready. I waited for 40 minutes for food that was already ready. When I called to complain the employee who answered thought it would be funny to answer "this is taco bell". Super funny joke to make when you're supposed to be doing your job answering phones. When I asked for a refund because I had been waiting 40 minutes to pick up my food and it was probably already cold they replied well we keep it in a hot box so it should be fine. Anyone who has ever worked in food service knows food kept under a heat lamp for FORTY MINUTES is not fresh and hot. I am happy to have received a refund and will NEVER be visiting this location again and neither should anyone else if you want food...
Read moreAre receipt said we ordered at 7:27 pm and we didn't get are order tell we asked about it at 8:08 pm and it was missing the wings and they didn't have any ready they said they would have to cook them. Three people including the manager was in kitchen the whole time. Never came up.to help the very sweet young lady doing and talking care of everything up front . Then the manager lady that was working in the back yelled from kitchen up front to the young lady you are not going fast enough. Me and other customers told her don't worry you are doing good for doing it all by your self with it so busy. And they had her keep parking people and 4 of them had to come in missing things and one guy came in and said he had been waiting 30 mins for his 2 pizzas . Read moreGo to this location often and did my order online like I usually do, ordered 2 pretzel stuff crust pizza and a few other items, while finishing up my work day, I got a call about them not having pretzel crust, she said we can replace them with stuff crust pep, done deal may not need the extra most best anymore. But if you have to make it so I don't have to reorder perfect call ended.
