Subway — Restaurant in Evansville

My husband and I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches today. 1 turkey titan and 1 with turkey and bacon. My husband picked up the sandwiches and said it was 1 young girl running the store completely by herself. We get home and open my sandwich to find no bacon, fine whatever. My husband opens his turkey titan to find 5 pieces of turkey across his whole sandwich. Turkey titans normally have a decent amount of turkey. We called the store, hoping that we could bring the sandwiches back and get new ones. The young lady answered the phone and my husband asked why there wasn't a lot of turkey on his sandwich. She stated that she hasn't been able to give the proper serving sizes because there's a lot of orders and not enough food for the amount of orders they are getting. To be paying $10+ for a sandwich with 5 pieces of turkey across a whole foot long is absolutely insane. We asked to bring the sandwiches back and for a refund. She stated she cannot give us a refund and can only remake the sandwiches. If she didn't have the resources to make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be the first time, then what is the point of her remaking them? There wasn't even a decent amount to veggies on top of it. We asked to speak to a manager and she said that she was the only one there. There is absolutely no reason for a child to be running a whole store by herself with no manager or help during dinner rush. Terrible food, terrible service and obviously terrible management. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. After ordering online the store called and the lady informed me that I needed to cancel my order because they were missing a few things. I said okay what are you missing and maybe we can just choose something else. She responded that they had no vegetables or bread..excuse me what?! I politely told her she could cancel my order and process my refund if they were refusing to make the order. She told me no and that she didn’t know how to do that. I again told her I needed a refund if she wouldn’t be making my order. A man then got on the phone and said just cancel the order we’re not making it. Waited 6 minutes to get to give my order and I was the first car in line in the drive thru the person behind me even drove off because we sat there waiting to order so ling then I tell him what I want get to the door wait 5 more minutes there's two workers in there and then he literally comes to the window with a piece of paper and pen and takes the new car behind me order before he even let's me pay or opens the door!!! No cars outside so they could not have been busy inside the I get home and it's BURNT and there's no cheese I am so mad. If I didn't live 10 mins away I would've returned it.
