This is truly the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. It is close to my house so I keep trying to give them another chance hoping they've gotten better. Definitely had not happened today. They had me pull up to wait for my food then gave my food to the wrong car. They tried to give me that food after the other car pawed through it and took it back in (this has to be a health code violation and if not, still gross). I get all the way home after they assure me they have given me the correct order and fresh food. I am missing 2 items and the sandwich has obviously been opened so I suspect this is the food the other customers returned. Go back for the missing items. Get home and realize the sandwich is wrong, too. Take that back and ask that it be corrected. The MANAGER says, "Is she back AGAIN?" while I am waiting for the correction. I loudly announced, "Yes, I sure am" while I am waiting for my food. So, that stop for "fast" food was 3 trips and an hour of my time. Late getting back to work with cold food. I get that fast food has a high turnover rate of employees and mistakes happen, but this location has gotten my order wrong (missing items, usually) a full 80% of the time. Read moreI hate giving negative reviews. However, the customer service when my mother and I went was appalling. We ordered food and the lady who took our order and money was absolutely amazing. When we went to pick our food up at the next window, the lady had a nasty attitude. I checked the bag to make sure we had everything, and I was missing an item. I went back through the drive-thru even though they were closing and let them know. The same lady with a nasty attitude questioned me and thought I was lying and asked to look at our food stuck her nasty hands in our bag. She saw that I was missing an item and gave me a cold burger. I asked for my receipt, and she continued to be completely nasty and had an attitude about it. I asked for no salty on our food, and the food was so salty my dog wouldn't finish it. Mcdonalds adopted the triple check method years ago and it should have been checked before going out to the customer I realize people make mistakes but a mistake at a price difference of a dollar and one sandwich that is "going" in the trash because the item was not in the bag in the first place doesn't seem warranted for having to check the entire order and throw away the receipt so customers won't leave reviews. Reviews, even bad reviews are how you improve as an employee and as a company. Can we please believe in the honesty of people?
