The day my husband and I went we were served by the owner's daughter. She was awesome. She took time to explain the story behind Milk and Sugar and how it got started. Read moreService was great. The only thing I found disappointing was that the cotton candy (and maybe all of the ice cream) was definitely not made by the creamery. Typically, I like to go to the smaller ice cream parlors because the assumption is that the ice cream is locally made.
Amex concierge did recommend this shop. And I think that it is worthy of the recommendation. I do think that there should be a little asterisk that says that it isn't locally made, though.
