Franklin Street Tavern — Restaurant in Evansville

One of the most trashy bars in Evansville. Apparently a female manager fought and punched a female customer. It was caught on video that a friend of mine showed me. Me and my sister and friend went there for a few drinks and the manager who was drunk…reminder the security even said she’s rude when she drinks. She try to fight my sister cause my sister was having a casual conversation with the security. She approached my sister with aggression and as we were leaving cause of how psycho her behavior was, she threw bar stools across the bar. Security didn’t even try to calm their “manager” down or protect our safety. I don’t recommend coming here. This past Friday night I attended Tavern on Franklin Street. The capacity was completely over the limit that the fire marshal visited tavern TWICE that night. Also, I have never been more disrespected by a human being in my life. The bald bouncer finds overabundance of joy by being "in charge" which means allowing people in by checking their id. Once a fight broke out in this overcrowded, narrow hall of a space, he pulls for mace and acts careless and reckless. This security guard is extremely rude & had mistaken me with some other guy then wouldn’t let me or my friends in.
