I just want to start off by saying this was the worst customer service i’ve experienced in my entire 20 years of living. As soon as i arrived to the location i had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes before i was even greeted. I was suppose to get my pizza at 6:08 PM and finally a bigger woman came to the counter and said “What are you waiting for” and i politely told her i was just waiting for my pizza it says it has a few minutes on it still. She then huffed and said “Yeah well that will be about 10 more minutes.” I told her “Okay thank you” After i had finally received my order 15 minutes AFTER the original time…. i thanked them and walked back to my car. I checked my pizza and that’s when i almost lost it. This pizza had sauce all over it like it had barely been cooked and my toppings weren’t even on the pizza they were all in the middle of the box. I walked in and was a little upset and said “Hey i’m gonna need either a refund or a remake because this unacceptable. The lady threw her arms up in the air walked back to the pizza station slammed the dough on the counter and was just throwing things everywhere. I then waited ANOTHER 15 minutes and the people in the lobby said they STILL have yet to been greeted or acknowledged. There was 1 guy busting his butt the entire time and he was super friendly. His name was Aiden but i didn’t get his last name. I hope this man gets a raise because he deserves it. But for the rest of the crew i am entirely disappointed. I also looked at the pickup window and there was a man who was also looking upset. When he came in he said that his order was already done and he’d been waiting at the window for several minutes. When he asked if he could just grab his pizza from the warming station the manager huffed and puffed and said with an attitude “YEAH JUST GO AHEAD”. Again i am very disappointed in this service and if your looking for pizza near the St Joseph ave. location i would think twice before going to this pizza hut. Thank you...
Read moreFood is generally great from this location and service is usually decent. However this location seems to be on the decline. About a visit or two ago I was running late to get my order and almost an hour passed and I show up to get my order and was told it was cancelled. They remade it but still charged me…should’ve been free for the inconvenience of waiting for the remake. Fast forward to my most recent visit on Saturday October 12th. Another big let down! The online ordering on the app said that carry out was closed…I called to confirm if the store was open. The call center told me delivery was closed and so I asked about carry out and had to be transferred to the store. I was able to place a carry out order. I showed up to get it and pulled up to the drive up window and didn’t see anyone in the building initially. It wasn’t until a minute or two later before I was acknowledged. During that time I observed a truck parked in front of me in the drive through lane to watch the local fall festival event happening out front of this location on the street. The employee working the window had the decency to tell me I had to back out the drive thru lane in order to exit. Seriously! The drive thru lane is a very tight area at this location. I proceeded with backing out of there as I had no other choice, and did so successfully…but felt very unsafe having to maneuver my vehicle through a tight space. Management should’ve closed the drive-thru lane or closed shop altogether while the event out front of the restaurant was happening. I would highly doubt that Pizza Hut would want to claim liability on damaged cars that are forced to drive in reverse in their tight drive through lane to exit the store all at the fault of the employees not telling whoever owned the truck to move out of the drive thru lane. Fortunately my car wasn’t damaged…Probably going to consider going to one of the other Pizza Hut locations in my area next time…hopefully this one...
Read moreHaven’t visited this location in several months. I decided to try it again tonight— big mistake! The one and only lady working the kitchen was ignoring every customer in the lobby and drive thru! I placed an online order a little after 9:30pm. Confirmation said order would be ready by 9:53pm. I arrived to the store drive thru at approx 9:54pm. Rang the doorbell twice and wasn’t acknowledged! So I proceeded to pull around the building and went inside. Once again I wasn’t acknowledged until minutes later! While waiting to be helped I noticed another worker come into the building from the back employee entrance from making a delivery. They never came up front to help me, the other customers, or the lady in the kitchen. They just remained in the back. Meanwhile I also noticed another customer pull up to the drive thru window who was also not acknowledged. Once I was finally acknowledged I was told my order was still in the oven. It wasn’t until almost 25mins past the estimated time on my confirmation that my order was actually ready. I realize it’s Friday night and that’s a peak time for pizza ordering…but maybe instead of the second worker camping out in the back of the restaurant they should come up front and help or perhaps mgmt. schedule more people to work on your busiest nights or hire more staff and pay them well so they’ll treat the customer well! The pizza I ordered tonight was kinda bland and lacked sufficient amount of toppings. Seems that all the locations owned by Goat Restaurant Group are having similar performance issues based on google ratings…you would think this would shed light that there’s a real problem that needs fixed asap. This used to be a decent place to get pizza but not anymore! Wishing for better.. I’d maybe try again in another...
