Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and cinnamon sticks and they took the money out of my account. I was given a delivery time. That time came and went. I called several times. No response, and after an hour and a half I got an answer was told delivery driver should be pulling up. A half hour later still no pizza, money was gone out of my account I called and said I wanted a refund and was told they never finalized order. Shady, shady!!! Worst customer service, worst business practice, plus they are liars. By the way it looks, this is pizza hat's practice on 1st Avenue. I would not recommend ordering online or directly. And when I called back up there they said we'll 2 orders were being delivered to that apartment complex. That was another lie, because they said the order we placed was not finalized. But NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND SAY THIS.NO ONE SAID WE WILL MAKE A REPLACEMENT ORDER. NOTHING! AND I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The restaurant was on 1st Avenue I did not get a receipt because the order was made over the phone but it was $28 plus change plus a $5 delivery charge plus $5 tip. Read moreI placed an order at 4:00PM with delivery scheduled for 6:45PM. That time came and went with no delivery, and the order tracker on the website changed the estimated delivery time to 7:55. I tried calling the store multiple times (17 total) and never got anyone to pick up the phone. Finally an in-store called me to ask if I had cancelled my order, which I had not. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and sat on hold for 20 minutes before the line disconnected. Finally, at nearly 9:00PM, 5 hours after I placed the order, I drove to the store to find out what was going on and to get my money refunded. I didn't get an explanation of what happened, or so much as a coupon. Just an oops, sorry. I can't say I'm impressed.
UPDATE: After playing phone tag for a while I ended up having to drive to the store, again, to get my money refunded. They gave me cash, which was fine, but I don't understand why they couldn't just refund it to my debit card over the phone.
