This spot is, 95% of the time, well-made food by a nice, put together staff. I'm not going to slam how well this place is normally run with a hit on the stars, but this location needs to know what happened today, as I went in and felt like I'd been transported back to 1998.
Not a word of acknowledgement for the first five minutes, one poor worker scrambling as fast as she possibly could with a huge order, while the other occupied himself with knocking off a pile of boxes from the shelf right on the other side of the front counter, swearing the whole way, then idly looking up at the back screens and reviewing her, or the store on performance metrics (so I'm going to assume this is supposed to be a manager - yikes), still not saying a word to me. She managed to get a hello in while running about, and wound up being the one ringing me up. The guy finally managed to wander over and slowly rifle through the dough tubs to start an order.
My order came out of the oven, got called and thrown on the shelf, while she ran off to finish the huge order. After waiting a minute, I got tempted to just walk behind the counter and take it instead of waiting for them to get around to actually handing it to me. About then someone else ran in from the back, asked if how could she help me. I asked for the order, which was carried over to the register to ring me up a second time. I called that it was already paid for, and she blinked and handed the pizza to me.
To top it off, get the pizza home, and it's the stuff that made me avoid this franchise in the 90s. Thin, grease laden, no seasoning on the crust, texture of dry, five day old bread. I'll be giving the place a break to get things settled back in.
I want to emphasize as a retail manager myself, this was not the fault of one lady working basically by herself. I also understand when a huge demand falls on a small staff, it's a hard run. I -also- understand that isn't the time for ANYONE to stand around staring at metrics, and vaguely poke at organizing jobs. I think it's time this guy got in his own...

I can't count how many times I have ordered a pizza from here and close to 10:00 and picked my pizza up after getting a few things at safeway real nice workers tonight 4/27/24 at 9:57 the workers may have been nice but Keegan not so much what a jerk and unprofessional maybe he should look at a clock first and I was in there before 10:00 look on your cameras after Keegan lies to whoever is his boss i would fire the guy just for doing this a complete pricking it wasn't but even if it was 10:01 he should have taken my order but it was before 10:00 and didn't so I will be contacting there corporate offices and let them look into the matter this is another reason to go somewhere else and tell everyone I been a Google guide for many years and people listen to me and I hope they go anywhere else because of...
Read moreTonight I ordered just a pizza and cheese bread. I ordered it online but didn’t expect at all of what was about to happen next. The delivery driver for Domino’s his name is tauv he is a driver that when he approached my door had probably the most genuine smile and you could tell it wasn’t a fake smile. He handed me my receipts. I signed them and asked him if there was a number I could have to be able to reach him to tip him later because I wasn’t able to afford to tip the man. He said hey don’t worry about it. He said maybe he would be my driver next time. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. The next thing he did was something that blew my mind. What he did next was also something I would never ever expect from my pizza delivery guy. He put his hand out and said don’t worry about the tip but instead take this. I looked to see what this man was handing me. He was actually handing me a dog treat for my furry boy. My mind was blown at this point. I told him that if he wanted he could give my dog the treat. He accepted and gently asked my dog to sit in which my dog listened and Tauv handed my dog the treat. I had been going through hell this entire week and then this guy shows up conducts one small act of kindness towards my dog and i. This guy has totally changed my week for the better. Thank you man. You are awesome and I hope to meet you again. This guy is definitely going to go far and deserves every good thing coming his way. Hopefully your boss and their boss see just how awesome you are and how dedicated you are to their establishment. Thank you again. You all should ask for tauv to be your delivery guy if...
