Dunkin' — Restaurant in Everett

I've been coming to this Dunks location on Main Street Everett of & on for 3 years now but more and more am I loathing it. I'm not even sure where to begin because there's so much negative things about this place. Let's begin with their semi new (as of summer 2018) curb- side pickup service... WHAT A JOKE!! There is only 1 spot designated for curb-side pickup & it ALWAYS has a regular customer who is not doing curb side parking there first of all. Secondly the only 2 times I ever got the curb side space both times I ended up having to go inside after waiting over 20 minutes each and get the order myself, because they never came out. Although I could see them looking at my car in the curb side space the whole time clearly. The associate even tried to tell me they dont do curb side when not only was there a space that stated curb side but a huge sign on their window saying 'try our new curb side pickup," or something to that effect. Honestly it was cold out and I truly believe that guy just didnt want to come out in the cold to deliver my stuff. So dont bother ordering curb side, you'll NEVER get it correctly here and definitelynot the designated space, unless it's late at night before closing. There's also no drive through and their parking lot only holds about 6 or 7 cars & 1 is handicap which anyone just parks there too. Now to the staff & coffee itself. Well from what I already said about one staff member is pretty much the same for the rest of them. Occasionally there is 1 or 2 associates who do a well job and are kind but overall they are slow, disrespectful, and screw up your coffee. There has been many associates come & gone throughout the 3 or so years I've been coming here and the staff and service never change. Even on-the-go ordering through the Dunks app is rarely ever speedy or correct. More times than not I arrived to have my coffee ready but not my donut(s) then I wait atleast 10 minutes without EVER being acknowledged or they glance over at me waiting where the to-go area is but never utter a word. I always have to approach them and tell them what they forgot or how they made me the wrong flavored coffee... or they just didnt any have any of my items ready in a reasonable manner. Their donuts are alright. The sizes are inconsistent though. Some days they will be big and fluffy and others the size of an 7 year olds fist. This place is just a joke over all. Today July 19th at around 2:15 pm I went to order myself a medium iced latte, there is this new worker I haven’t seen before she seems Asian from either India or Nepal, and I’m ordering and she starts interrupting me after I said “Sugar free hazelnut shots and..” and starts finishing my order??? I hadn’t even asked for anything else and she’s saying out loud “okay sugar and milk” and I’m like no not milk and then she starts saying that the latte needs to go with milk and I’m like I understand but I didn’t finish talking and you interrupted me I want almond milk, and then she starts giving me attitude and says “okay what do you want” I say “almond milk and also sugar free toasted almond shots” and then she says “so now you want more okay” and I’m like “Ma’am you don’t need to give me attitude you walked away and practically did an order I didn’t want and I asked for sugar free shots” and she was like “no you said sugar now I’m lying” I literally always have a good experience there and have been going there for years and she starts giving me attitude and saying I’m lying when she was the one who started making up an order and not letting me finish my order? So then I explain to her if I can order and then she says again “what do you want” and starts talking shit I’m assuming in her language because she starts speaking another language and talking to her self and nodding, first of all, I wasn’t being rude and I would take accountability if I did but I’m not that person to be rude for no reason, it’s so unprofessional how she treated me that I legit was shaking my voice when talking because I was so hurt that she was being rude to me...

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. I go to Dunkin everyday. This one has one or two good employees like the kid Courtney and this little manager who was pregnant at the time but they also have some very very rude ignorant employees. I'm sure the owner is paying them cash under the table because they barely speak English. They have messed up my order on numerous occasions and I order Uber eats a lot and when I order it you cannot put in special instructions or add more than 10 creams which is the way I drink my coffee so I usually place the order and call. Today I called them about 17 times and then finally when she answered the girl told me the order is already gone and there's nothing she can do about it and basically to kick rocks. I told her I don't want the order she said there is no way in hell they're refunding my money. I refuse the order at the door and told the driver to take it back and they still would not refund my money. Finally after fighting with Uber eats and proving to them that I did not accept the order Uber eats refunded my money.
